Great Vacation Home Exchanges

June 27, 2011 by Emily Leave a Comment

It’s that time that we all love! Yes vacation time! Where are you going for your summer vacation? Oh there are a lot of places to go, and with such wonderful places, comes expenses, especially if you are going somewhere overseas, it can get pricey! For those that stay local, it’s not going to be cheap, but it’ll be worth every penny, so you must prepare, and one of the things you should do is research for a place to say. I would recommend vacation home exchanges, I think they are ideal, you can live with in a budget, and everyone can be happy. You spend less, and you and your family have a blast where ever your destination leads you to.

There are some great resources out there to choose from, for instance ChristianHomeExchange.com is an excellent resources for Christians who would like to do vacation home exchanges. What better way to find an inexpensive way to have a place to stay for your vacation. May I also mention that the clergy sabbaticals, are always looking for affordable travel plans, the pastor who wants an affordable sabbatical for the whole family, this is ideal! I would highly recommend this to anyone. For some it’s can not only be a vacation but a retreat or study leave.

In my opinion a vacation home exchange share in common their faith and their willingness to trade homes for a specified period of time. I personally would feel more at ease knowing that I am exchanging homes with someone that shares the same beliefs as i do. I can see myself attending church where they attend, meeting people they know, going to shops that they shopped at. That is a form of comfort, I can live with, while I am away. It’s something to keep in mind when considering a vacation home exchange, I definitely am going to look into this, you should too!
