30 Days Of Truth: Day 4
Ok well I know I don't do these that often, but here goes another one, we are on day 4 of 30 days of truth, and today question is a little bit related to the previous one. I will make a promise though, after the holidays, I will try to do one every week, so it's more consistent, plus there is another meme I'd like to do after that too. Well Christmas is almost upon us, the times we all love to enjoy with family and friends. Everything is always so cheery, and you believe that everyone is feeling what you are feeling, but really not everyone is. There are a lot of people that are just not happy during this time to the year. A lot of depression hits so many people, at least that's what statistics have said. People need to learn How To Be Happy with themselves. You can actually learn how to do that, within your self, for yourself. It can be learned, I'm sure people think 'no way, you are who you are, it is what it is' I don't believe that is true. If we want to be unhappy we will be.
