Is It Really Going Back To Normal?

Finally, everything is opening up, and what a great time of the year for that to happen, Spring/Summer! Oh my goodness, I am loving the weather, sure it gets a bit humid and hot and whatnot. But it is so nice to have the windows open, and letting fresh air in. Opposed to the Winter, which by the way I love too, but too much of it can get depressing. So, thank you my dearest Lord for giving us sunshine again! Summer officially starts on Sunday!!

What have I been up to, a lot of repetitive stuff, but stuff that has to be done? I am a reseller part-time, so I need to keep on top of that. Trying to be more organized is a task in itself. I have gone through the whole Happy Planner phase. From regular size Erin Condren spiral planner to regular size Happy Planner to small Happy Planner or it is mini I think it is called. I only purchased one Erin Condren and I will never purchase it again, not that it wasn’t nice it was, but you have to be committed to using it for the price you are paying, even on sale they are expensive.

So I went with Happy Planner because they were affordable (for my budget), and they did the same thing as the other. I am not trying to knock Erin Condren’s planners they are beautiful, and I still have my first one, because it was customized and I love it and want to be able to re-purpose the cover at some point, so I am saving it. As for the Happy Planner, the same thing I am holding on to them because I would like to remove the contents that are no longer needed and are useless, to be honest, and keep the beautiful page dividers and re-purpose them as well. So as I mentioned that was the phase I went through, then I just stopped for a long time, I even kept a diet journal and then something happened and I stopped

Then I discovered a pocket planner, and what’s more a pocket planner that doubles as a wallet!! I was so excited, and even so more that I could print my own inserts, there are so many freebies out there, and so many awesome designers on Etsy that I am just over the moon about it.

I took the leap and went to Aliexpress, and purchased a Moterm Litchi Grain Leather Regular Pocket Rings Planner A7 in the color Taupe, it kind of looks like a darker mauve color, but I like it, it is very neutral, and that is what I am aiming for. The last picture is how I have it right now. I am changing things as I go, seeing what inserts work for me, and which don’t. I hope to be able to make my own, that would be so exciting and fun.

I wanted my planner to be minimal in style, nothing fancy not a lot of colors. I had all that in the previous planners and I am so over that now. This planner has become my wallet now too, so I no longer need a wallet, as a matter of fact, I barely used my Michael Kors wallet that I think I will resell it now. It is beautiful and reminds me of summer for some reason. I purchased it pre-owned but it was and still is in excellent condition. Maybe I’ll hold on to it, who knows

I went on about the planners, I guess it was something on my mind and I finally got a chance to write about it. As far as the Moterm Pocket Planner, I am very happy with it. I even went as far as purchasing 30 mm rings, because I believe mine had 19 mm and it wasn’t fitting a lot. I was disappointed because I did not like how it looked when I closed it. So I removed the 30 mm, and am going to order some 25 mm, and I think that may be better. I am also not carrying any cards that I am not using I had 2 gift cards in my wallet that had very little to nothing on them lol. So I threw away the one with nothing, and just had Michael’s gift card but I forgot how much I had on it. Oh, wait I recall putting a small post-it on it with the amount so I would always know. To my surprise, I had almost $30 on it lol, which I could have used when I purchased my Cricut Explore Air 2 not long ago lol, that story is for another day LOL.

I need to get going, it is time for some quality time with my husband, it is so nice to say that. I thought the day would never come when I can call someone my husband. I honestly thought I would never get married LOL. But yet here I am a married woman finally. Anyway, I better get going. Have a great day where ever you are! God Bless!
