We always seem to get rain during the summer. Over the 4th of July weekend, we had a thunderstorm. It was refreshing but loud. I happen to open the front door to get mail, and boom I hear a thunder sound, it was so unbelievably loud. It startled me. The sky got so dark, it was crazy, but like I said refreshing. After that, the mugginess came and stuck around for a bit, until it rained a little bit more. During the week we will have 90's weather, then the coming weekend more rain lol. We didn't get a chance to sit on our deck because of the rain. But now the cushions are out, and when my husband gets home he goes out there for a while sits, and reads. Really Loving Summer ~ Enjoy while you can!
When we had the long winter in 2017/2018, I was dying for Summer, I couldn't wait. I am really appreciating Summer. It was cold too long this past winter. It seemed as if Summer would ever get here. And at last it is, and even though the humidity here in Massachusetts, speaking for myself was unbearable. I am not kidding, it was horrible, and it was probably due to the fact that we had only one air conditioner, this year we have 3. Happy 4th of July!!
I know I have been MIA! I promise that is going to change, I need to baby my website, and keep people up to date :) But enough of that. I wanted to wish everyone a Happy and safe 4th of July, yay! I am spending it with the love of my life, with our kitty Daisy at home. I don't feel comfy leaving her at home alone, and hearing all the loud bangs I know will scare her, especially as it is her first 4th of July awake lol. The last one she was sleeping and a bit ill. Oh yeah and a Happy Anniversary to my wonderful William, he is truly the one and only in my life. I am really a lucky girl to have met such an amazing, loving, goofy, silly, caring, giving, generous man, he isn't perfect, but he is perfect for me. Happy July! Summer is Here, Yay!
It's finally here, summer! We have been waiting for a what seems like a long time, to finally get that awesome summer weather. I am so so happy. No more being cold, although it will get humid, and I'll have just one more thing to complain about lol :P Our 5th anniversary is coming up in a few days, gosh I can't believe it's been 5 years already, and we aren't even married, but we are engaged, I told that story already :) But it is exciting to see how long we've been together, and how strong our relationship still it, at least it appears like that to me. And I think to him as well. I hope he is happy, I'm sure things aren't 100% perfect, but I think I make him happy, and that is what really counts in the end. Happy 4th of July!!
A quick hello, and Happy 4th of July! Enjoy this beautiful day, stay cool out there, it's a hot one. Update: 8:15 PM - I don't know why I felt the need to add to this post. We went to my hunnys mothers and sisters, lite some fireworks with his niece and nephews, even though fireworks are illegal here in MA =x don't tell anyone. It was nice, filmed a few of them, one caught me off guard lol. But had a lot of fun, we are now home, safe, and just going to enjoy the evening together, watch a film or two. Yay.
