There is 3 weeks until the first day of Fall. Are you excited? I am not that excited, I would have liked more summer, sure we have 3 weeks left. But with the whole pandemic and all, it is hard to really enjoy it as we have in the past. However, we do still do our BBQ, so we have that at least. Sometimes I think to myself and say "Thank God, I don't have children", not because I don't like children, no. Because I would hate to have them live in the world that way it is now. So much hate. Among all the other things that are going on around the country. I want to focus on happier things though. I started writing this blog post yesterday, than things came up and it had to go on the back burner as it has many times. I Am So Guilty!
I have been MIA, I have been so busy, with getting married, then putting off the reception until this past weekend, and in between setting up my other YouTube channel, while still posting on my 1st YouTube channel, just super busy. I probably could have written a short blog, but I just couldn't get around to it. Forgive me. As I mentioned we got married in May, and this past weekend we had his family over for a BBQ (reception). It went really well, it was their first time visiting our quaint little home, and they loved it. The weather was great a little hot at times, but inside it was cooler, especially for Williams grandmother who is now my grandmother, she is quite a person, funny too. BBQ’s and Sunny Day!
Happy Memorial Day everyone! Well here we are, another one passing us. I want to thank all those who have served and are serving to keep us free and safe. Without you, who knows what our great nation would be like. I won't get into what can be done to make things better, this isn't the time for it. It is a time for remembering and honoring our heros. Today we had a nice BBQ just me and my awesome honey, William. It was a very nice day. During the day I was working on my mani, up until it was time to have our meal. Then we enjoyed each other's company and watched some TV. Over the weekend we went and did a bit of shopping, it was a really nice weekend, it was so nice to be able to have some sun, I am hoping for a lot more during this Spring/Summer season.
