Weigh-in #22 -Staying on Track!
As you can tell by the title, this last weigh-in was a good one as well. Not as great as last week's 5 lb loss, I still don’t know what I did differently but it was really good to have a huge jump like that. Now let’s talk about this passed weigh-in, I weighed myself, hoping I didn’t gain, but was pretty confident I wouldn’t, below is the image of what my weigh-in was. It is about 2 lbs I lost which is what I like to lose per week, so this weigh-in is another success story, which makes me very happy, considering a couple of bad weigh-ins I had in the past. My honey tells me that I am going to make my goal, which was to lose 100 lbs in a year. Weigh-in #12 – Weeee
I weighed in as normal, but I was worried about gaining, I’m always getting paranoid, I really don’t want to gain weight, is that wrong? Not the losing weight, but the paranoid part. So I got off the scale with a smile on my face thinking I lost 2 lbs, then I showed my fiancé and he said “Well done, you lost 4 lbs”, I said ‘No I didn’t, I lost 2?, then I double-checked, and realized he was right, I did, in fact, lose 4lbs. So naturally, I was on a natural high. There it is!! I’m really proud of myself. Cloths are beginning to fit bigger now, which I had been waiting for that to happen. I had 2 pairs of zip-up jeans, that I couldn’t fit into anymore, well this past week, I fit into them, and thought yay!! Eventually, I won’t fit into them either.
