So this wasn’t such a bad weigh-in, but I did gain, not a lot though, which I am happy about. I gained .04 lbs, not bad right? No, it’s not, but I didn’t want to gain anything at all. I’d rather not lose anything, than gain. But it is only 0.4 lbs, which is a big relief! I’m starting to eat regular meals not so much Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones, I don’t even like Smart Ones anymore, they just don’t have a large enough variety. Healthy Choice is another I like. But I don’t like having to spend extra money to get my meals. I have to learn to stay under my calories, when I eat everyday things, but on that same note. We try to buy things that are low in calories, like Salad Dressing, the kind I use now is only 15 calories for 2 tablespoons, nice right? Weigh-in #8 – Still going strong!
I decided to begin post-dating my blog posts because sometimes I don’t have time to post an entry, although I should have made a habit of doing it, right after I weigh in, in the past, it has shown it doesn’t work that way, so I may post-date some of my posts like this one is from last week, week ending June 7, 2014.Last week was also a success, I’m happy to report. I lost 4.3 lbs, which made me happy and put me right at 300.7 lbs. I think I am doing good, but as most people would say, they wish it would happen faster. I just have to be patient, and it will happen. I have not started my walking regime, and the weather has been wonky, yeah again it sounds like an excuse but it’s really a reason for me. Weigh-in #2 – Exciting Journey
I'm happy to report that in my weigh-in yesterday, I lost 3.1 pounds in a week since it’s a weekly weigh-in, not sure if I am going to say it like that. Or just how much, we’ll see. So things are going smoothly. Sometimes I feel I’m losing weight slowly, but in retrospect, I think that much weight loss in a week is pretty good. The weekly weight loss varies though, anywhere from no calories lost to 5, the most I’ve lost in one week was 5 lbs, which is a lot, and the least amount I lost was zero, but what makes me happy is I have not gained any weight, yay. I already feel a difference. Especially walking up and down the stairs, was such a hurdle for me before the weight loss and I can’t tell you how happy it has made me feel.
