February, Organizing & Keto

February 2, 2018 by Emily Leave a Comment

February, the month of love, ahhh! Another excuse to go shopping lol. Last month I posted, what once. See I must do better than that. By the time the end of the day comes, I don't want to type anymore lol. Let's move on from this, shall we? What have I been up to, and how are my goals to achieve my New Years resolutions going. Organizing - I am working on it. I have moved the Christmas stuff I bought on clearance down to the basement, but I still have to go down there and find a bin for it, as I don't want it to sit in bags, that just won't do, and William wouldn't like it either. He likes organization, imagine what he feels when he comes into my craft room lol. My new Cricut is still in the box. Like I said my organizing is going slow but it is going. I have about 4 boxes of friend mail sent by one lovely friend of mine, Barbara who I Continue Reading

I Hate Being Hungry!

January 21, 2014 by Emily Leave a Comment

I think the worst part of a diet, is not the exercise, well I guess that is too lol but it’s adjusting to not eating, what you normally were eating, or should I say the portion size. The first few weeks, you go hungry. I hate that! I can’t even be near the kitchen, because I get hungry haha. I try to drink water when I get hungry, it helps fill me up. I’m trying to stay under 1,660 (corrected) calories a day, some may think that is a lot, but I think for myself it’s ideal at this time, perhaps later it will change. But as mentioned, it’s just those moments when I feel the hunger pangs. I can’t wait until I get passed that phase. As for exercise, it’s difficult for me, as my knees are bad. I injured one over 5 years ago, and have not been able to have a doctor look at it. It’s bad enough I just got a bill, that was not fully covered, Continue Reading

We Are Engaged!!!

October 29, 2013 by Emily Leave a Comment

Can you believe it? I know a lot of people I know are thinking "Finally"! I don't blame them, it's me being picky, or just unlucky, I choose the first *wink*. Those who know me, read my blog posts, or know me IRL, know who my Hunny is, my wonderful absolutely amazing William!! On October 22, 2014, at about 6 pm EST, he came home, opened up a box, and asked me "Will you marry me in an outdoor wedding?" I of course said YES!!!! We had talked about it, and we had looked at wood rings, so it was a matter of time. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way, his way, his personality, nothing made up all original. He has always been a funny guy, and the only guy in the world that has made me laugh every day of my life that I have been with him, he's the only one that has ever really made me laugh to the point of tearing up. Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and for those of you who do not celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you have a beautiful weekend, and you stay safe out there, with all the Black Friday craze :) We had a very lovely dinner at my boyfriends family members house. Everything was so so delicious, there were at least 5 different pies!! Wow right? Yeah it was amazing, we brought 2 lol. Everything was beautiful, it was so very nice to see everyone again. These big family holidays is when we see them the most. Speaking of family, I miss my family out in California! I love them all, and miss them dearly. I know everyone has their own little families to share a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with, I am with you all in spirit. A special I love you to my sister, whom I miss so much. But we do manage to stay in touch, which is very important to me, as she has Continue Reading

Best FSU Football Tickets

July 17, 2011 by Emily Leave a Comment

So it's getting so close to football season making a return, well not so close, but close enough you may want to jump in and grab some tickets before they are all gone. Professional and college alike! We are big football fans here in this household, so if we want to get good seats, it's best to be an early bird, then get left in the dust, and not get any tickets. College football seems pretty popular, if not as popular as professional. So if you are looking for awesome FSU football tickets, I would highly recommend Seminoles.com you can buy tickets for everything, from football, basketball, baseball to softball, volleyball and even golf, that's right, and that's not all either. There is plenty more sports! It's pretty exciting, thinking about going to a football game. Gosh the atmosphere is amazing. Being around a bunch of people full Continue Reading
