The weather has changed for the better, not scorching hot, thank goodness for that. But it's going to be a long weekend, so it would be nice to have some cool weather for the Memorial Weekend coming up. It's going to be a busy one for us here, not to mention for a lot of other people. I'm feeling lazy, I think I need to take vitamins or something. I have a good lunch, so I don't know why I am feeling tired :( I just need to focus on things, and once I get rolling, I'll feel better. I can't believe Flash Forward is gone, done with, cancelled *sniff sniff* I liked the show, others I know liked it too. Summer Weather!
Oh yes I am loving the weather, but not so much when it gets humid, I think by now everyone knows how much I hate it lol. I'm dealing though. So we are doing a BIG cleaning in the house, yes even throwing out what is old and not being used, and unsellable on eBay hehe. Omg!! Two of my favorite shows have finally come to an end, LOST and 24!! I personally didn't like the ending to LOST, I mean it's all spiritually awakening I guess, but I actually was hoping they all were alive, and with those they loved. I mean Clarie and Charlie sure are together, but there is no baby :( at least I didn't see one, basically it would of been nice to see them back in their homes, alive and well. No More Flash Forward?
Today it's cloudy and cold, it's funny how the weather changes from one extreme to the other overnight. It's a nice break from hot weather though. Next couple of days should be sunny and warm. I am not quite ready for the hot and humid weather to come along. I am a bit bummed out about the Boston Bruins, they almost made it to the play offs! I'm proud of them to have made it as far as they did, Go Bruins. The Red Sox aren't doing so great either, but despite that, I am still a big supporter, Go Red Sox! Sunday was Wolverhampton Wolves last game, they made premiership about 3 games ago, so I'm happy for them, Go Wolves!! England became world champions in cricket as well. Congrats to them! TGIF!
Finally the weekend is here, no real big plans, but you never know what can come up. The weekend should bring some nice weather. The week has been cloudy mostly, so *fingers crossed* for some nice sunny weather. Maybe even get out and mow the lawn, it's getting to be a jungle back there hehe. But want to make sure we don't get drenched while trying to mow hehe. Who am I kidding? I'm not the one that would be mowing but I'm just saying. Yesterday I missed the postman because my laptop is upstairs, it's where I do my work. So naturally I didn't hear him, he couldn't really knock on the door either, as the screen door was locked, and the doorbell decided to take a shit hehe. How Was Your Mother’s Day?
My mother's day was all over the place. Not that I literally went everywhere, because it turned out we only went for a drive just to get out of the house, which was really nice by the way. There was a lot of emotions going around on Mother's Day. As some of you may know, my mother passed away close to 10 years ago, so it does kind o suck on Mother's Day, yes I shed a few tears because I miss her so much. She's in a better place, and so am I. I have to admit I wish she could see me now, and be in my life right now to share the happiness I am living. I know she is watching over me, and smiling, so I have that comfort to live with. I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's day and took the time to at least call your Mother even if things are bad or good, it's one phone call it won't kill you!
