I had this page on my other website blog that I have recently closed (2023), and I am beginning a new one here. I will archive my old one, just as a reminder/comparison. I didn’t want to lose the data, I just want to have something to look back on. I am beginning this in January 2023.
It has been 8 years since I last lost weight and kept track. We moved, and then it stopped with all the chaos of moving. The treadmill was no longer in the living room, it was in the basement. I made excuse after excuse. I finally had enough and said I need to do this before I die of being overweight. Today is January 6, 2023, I am 58 years old, yeah you read right. It is never too late. I will also be posting blog updates of each weigh-in for progress. I imported my old blog posts from my other blog, again for the same reason, to have a history.
