I have been busy, but when aren't I right? There just isn't enough time in a day, to do all that you want to do. And even when you are busy, you just have to take some time out for yourself. It is healthy. I recently posted a weigh-in, as recent as today (Jan 19, 2023), depending on when I post this lol. I am happy with those results, although I know they won't always be what I want, all I can do is try my best. It is better than not trying at all. It is raining today, a dreary day. It got colder in my hobby room, and then I realized it was raining. It always gets colder when it rains. I am surprised we haven't got a lot of snow. When Did It Creep Up?
Valentine's Day crept up like nobody's business. Before I knew it, it was Valentine's Day. I hope you all had a nice one. I spent mine with my husband, who cooked an amazing meal. He always does! I think ever since COVID hit, things have not felt the same, am I in this boat alone? Well, it was here, and now it is gone. I didn't even decorate, and I love decorating, but it wasn't in me this year. I will probably put a few things out for St. Patrick's Day. Last year I think it was I made 2 cute gnomes for St. Patrick's Day. If I can find a picture I'll post them below. I think they came out cute, my husband liked them. New Year, New Trials and Tribulations, Let’s GO!
Last year was ok until I hit that bad bump. But it is 2017, Happy New Year, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas season, we did. I am excited, and I am back on my diet (way of life) lol. This is my 5th day. Saturday was my second weight-in, so I will show both in a moment, but I will tell you, I did gain weight, that is a no-brainer after my last post. So here we go (again)~! But I also lost weight, so Yay! I began writing this, last week so I do have an additional weigh-in. I thought about titling my weight status as I did before, but since I won't be doing one each week, I may just group a few. I really have so much going on, I have to organize my time better. It is over, finally!! The holidays anyway!
Happy New Year!! Yes, the big holidays are over, but we have another round of holidays coming up now. Valentine's and Easter, more spending? LOL Does this ever end, it seems to be a continuous circle lol. I need to do a lot less of it, though, keep the cash flow out to a minimum and the cash flow in on high gear lol. I am hoping for more sales now that I am finally getting around to listing stuff on Ebay. Speaking of spending. I was at Dollar Tree over the last 2 weeks, and just yesterday we were in there, and they already have Valentine and Easter things, some people say they gave seem St. Patrick's Day merchandise as well. Haha, dang I tell you. I did pick up a few things for Valentine's to decorate, I don't think I will for Easter because we don't have kids, so it seems pointless. Lol. Oh my gosh, we had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Although I really miss my family, and I know they are all with loved ones. Well except for my oldest brother which I am pretty sure he and my father went to my middle brothers house for Thanksgiving. I don't like knowing any of them spent it alone. As for my sister, she spend it with her partner, and I with my honey! On Williams side of the family, his mom was at home, as she had to work the first shift for the crazy Black Friday sales, yikes, but went home about 9 am so I am sure she is resting up. Will have to save her a nice plate of Thanksgiving dinner. Last and never the least is my mother, even though she is not with us, she is in spirit.
