Happy New Year!
Wow I can't believe it's finally here 2009!! I hope you all had a great time ringing in the New Year! I did, I spent it with my sister, her partner and daughter, it was really nice. I missed my family so much! I spend Christmas with them as well, and I also visited my two other brothers, and my father, so it has been a wonderful Christmas, exactly what I wanted. Being gone 3 years and not celebrating things the way you are so use to, well let's just say I missed it, I missed everything. But on the other hand I miss my best mate Alice! 11 Days Until Christmas
Wow it's going fast, just not long ago I wrote about my birthday and now look! Ok something is going because time just keeps moving way too quick. This is such a happy time of the year. I did some shopping yesterday and I was going to do wrapping today, but I changed my mind. I think I will do it tomorrow. You won't believe me when I say I have not yet seen Twilight the film, I know I'm crazy but there has been so much going on, that I have not had a chance. I was sick as well, so that delayed a lot. I have some shopping I need to do, but I probably won't do that until next week. I am going to write my Christmas cards tonight, I figured i'll probably have some missing, and i'll pick that up early next week. Any international ones I'd like to get out tomorrow! Happy Thanksgiving
Wow I've been gone a long time. I was so busy with arranging things, and sorting what I was taking and what I was leaving in England. I am in California now, yay!!! My thanksgiving was great, I spent it with my sister, her gf, and my niece and her baby, and my sisters daughter. It was really nice, wow the dinner was delicious. It's been over 3 years since I had celebrated a proper Thanksgiving, so I am thankful for family. I still miss my mom but I'm sure she was there with us in spirit. I have loads to catch up, not to mention other things in my life. So it's going to be a bit hectic, my posts might be slow but hey thats life right? Happy Halloween!
I have no real plans for this Halloween, apart from giving candy out lol. BORING!!! haha, maybe next year I'll be in the mood for a Halloween party, and even dress up! Hope everyone has a wicked Halloween and be safe out there too. Not much happening with me, same ole same. In about two weeks I'll be off to California and I am so very excited! See family, and yes the weather would be nice, but I have to say that I love Englands weather, it's just my kind of weather I suppose.
