Glitter Crazy ~ Love The Sparkle

November 12, 2015 by Emily 3 Comments

i love glitter

It has been ages since I made any glitter mixes, but had the urge to, so I joined a few glitter swaps on YouTube, yup that is right. I joined 2 Christmas and 1 New Years, but I am getting the urge to make a Fall one too now! But let me show you the 3 glitter mixes I did make, I will later post videos of me 'mixing it up' on my YouTube channel, which is always fun to share. This one is for a glitter mix swap hosted by East Coast Nail Diva on YouTube, the theme was Charlie Brown Christmas, although my lighting is horrendous, you cannot really appreciate the mix, and how beautiful it is. My honey actually named this one 'A Christmas Carol'. A video posted by Emmie (@emmiie_) on Nov 8, 2015 at 3:46pm PST This one is for another Christmas swap that is being held by Crystal on YouTube, the them is "Christmas'. This one I named Continue Reading

Happy Halloween –

Halloween Mani

You spent the time and money to buy or make the Halloween costumes like I did with this Modest Dark Denim Skirt Online, but they'll only be worn for a few hours, in the dark and hidden under a coat if the trick-or-treating forecast calls for cold weather. Solution? Extend the Halloween season by throwing a Halloween party for kids. Here are some suggested themes with activities and menus that complement them. Pumpkin-Carving Party This party can get messy, but it's so much fun it could become an annual tradition. Invite several families to your house, and ask them to bring their pumpkins from a pumpkin patch and carving tools. Set up long tables either outside, in the garage or a rec room with the floors covered. At a designated time, guests carve their pumpkins however they please. As they Continue Reading

Breast Cancer Awareness Nail Mani Collaboration

October 17, 2015 by Emily Leave a Comment

I was part of a collaboration on YouTube with a few ladies, some of which aren't my subbies, but they are now lol. They all did such amazing designs, I had to share it with my readers, and the fact it is after all Breast Cancer Awareness month! We will have a lot of information available on the cause in the description and on-screen links as well. We'll link to places were you can get tested, request Breast Cancer Treatment Services, and get information on the topic if all you wish to do is educate yourself for the time being. How could I possibly say no? I wear pink for my sister, she is a survivor!! I also recommend Charle a Hair Studio wigs for cancer patients which were the ones my sister used!! Please go and watch their amazing videos as they create their design, and don't forget to check my simple little mani as well :) My video Continue Reading

BBQ’s and Sunny Day!

May 25, 2015 by Emily Leave a Comment

Happy Memorial Day everyone! Well here we are, another one passing us. I want to thank all those who have served and are serving to keep us free and safe. Without you, who knows what our great nation would be like. I won't get into what can be done to make things better, this isn't the time for it. It is a time for remembering and honoring our heros. Today we had a nice BBQ just me and my awesome honey, William. It was a very nice day. During the day I was working on my mani, up until it was time to have our meal. Then we enjoyed each other's company and watched some TV. Over the weekend we went and did a bit of shopping, it was a really nice weekend, it was so nice to be able to have some sun, I am hoping for a lot more during this Spring/Summer season. I hope to be able to get out and go to the Drive-in theater, they are so Continue Reading
