I love the Fall season, but it ruins it when it keeps raining. I can't believe how much rain we have recently gotten. I want to enjoy the Fall season before it begins to snow. I took advantage of the weather yesterday and stepped out to the deck and recorded the beautiful woods behind our house. The leaves changing color and falling, it was really breathtaking in my opinion, but I am biased. Oh yes Happy Halloween!! I decided to do my face up lol. Well first time trying to do a Sugar Skull look, to say the least it didn't come out as I had wanted. I was so very unprepared. I have to say I did have fun doing it, it was an experience I would like to make better next year. GhostBed Luxury Sheet Set ~ Silky Goodness!
I can't tell you how excited I am to tell you about this GhostBed Luxury Sheet Set. After placing my order, it arrived rather quickly. Per usual, I like to take some time to try the product before I decide on how I feel about it. I can tell you right now, I wish I had these at the beginning of Summer! When my package arrived, it was raining cats and dogs, the mailman didn't put the box in a plastic bag which kind of bothered me as they usually do and it is not a huge box. I Sew Need To Use My Machine!
I think that title is quite funny, pun intended :P On the serious side. I have had my sewing machine for a few years and I have to admit I have not really used it. I have a few reasons why. The lack of space in our last home. Now that we have moved to our new house. I want to break it out because I want to teach myself to sew holes in my fiances' dress shirts that have no buttons to hold down the collar and make wedding dress alterations for brides. As in the photo below. came across this beautiful men’s V-Neck sweater, although the website lists it as a T-shirt with full sleeves, lol. Trust me it is a V-Neck Men’s sweater, and the quality is fantastic for $5.99, it has been through the wash, and came out as if it had just been bought, this is not an exaggeration. My Mind Is In A Fog
I woke up at around 5 am to feed my girls, (Daisy and Lily) my cats, yes I am a fur mommy. They won't let you sleep if you don't tend to them. I love my girls though, so I am happy to get up and feed them. You rarely find one without the other, 2 peas in a pod :) I decide to stay up, as I had a couple of packages to get out to the post today, and since my fiance was going to the post office anyway I asked him to take it for me. Normally it would be an Ebay sale but this time it wasn't, it was a couple of prizes I needed to send out for winners in my YouTube channel giveaways. Really Loving Summer ~ Enjoy while you can!
When we had the long winter in 2017/2018, I was dying for Summer, I couldn't wait. I am really appreciating Summer. It was cold too long this past winter. It seemed as if Summer would ever get here. And at last it is, and even though the humidity here in Massachusetts, speaking for myself was unbearable. I am not kidding, it was horrible, and it was probably due to the fact that we had only one air conditioner, this year we have 3.
