Today I finally decided to catch up with the finale of the Biggest Loser, and boy was I totally shocked!! I’m all about getting healthy, losing weight, and all that jazz. But losing TOO much weight is not right, it’s unhealthy, and really what kind of a message is being sent to those kids out there that watch the show? And that idolizes some of these contestants? I was looking at the chatter on Twitter, and there was someone that said, Rachel is her idol, I thought OMG seriously, last week's episode maybe but not today, I’m sorry this is my opinion but she lost way too much weight. I Hate Being Hungry!
I think the worst part of a diet, is not the exercise, well I guess that is too lol but it’s adjusting to not eating, what you normally were eating, or should I say the portion size. The first few weeks, you go hungry. I hate that! I can’t even be near the kitchen, because I get hungry haha. I try to drink water when I get hungry, it helps fill me up. I’m trying to stay under 1,660 (corrected) calories a day, some may think that is a lot, but I think for myself it’s ideal at this time, perhaps later it will change. But as mentioned, it’s just those moments when I feel the hunger pangs. I can’t wait until I get passed that phase. As for exercise, it’s difficult for me, as my knees are bad. The Boston #RedSox Win The #WorldSeries 2013
I cannot tell you how happy I am for the team!! What a wonderful turn around, the curse has been broken, and they made history last night. My hunny and myself watched the whole game, it was amazing, some really weird things happened, but it was all for the good, because Boston Red Sox won 6-1 in game 6 of the World Series, I cannot be happier! I'm so dang proud of every one of them. There are a few players I wish I could of seen in this series, but you know what these guys earned it! Let me share a few photos after their win! We Are Engaged!!!
Can you believe it? I know a lot of people I know are thinking "Finally"! I don't blame them, it's me being picky, or just unlucky, I choose the first *wink*. Those who know me, read my blog posts, or know me IRL, know who my Hunny is, my wonderful absolutely amazing William!! On October 22, 2014, at about 6 pm EST, he came home, opened up a box, and asked me "Will you marry me in an outdoor wedding?" I of course said YES!!!! We had talked about it, and we had looked at wood rings, so it was a matter of time. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way, his way, his personality, nothing made up all original. He has always been a funny guy, and the only guy in the world that has made me laugh every day of my life that I have been with him, he's the only one that has ever really made me laugh to the point of tearing up. Sunday Funday or Is It?
At first no it wasn't. You get up, you cannot just be lazy all day. Things have to get done, laundry has to be done, dishes have to be washed, dusting and vacuuming. Okay so not so much funday, at least not all of it. Especially laundry, not for the mere fact it needs to be done, but your damn neighbors are so damn rude. You go to do your laundry, we happen to live in a community where we share the laundry facilities, which is okay, because it's not a huge laundry facility. Okay, you wait and watch someone remove stuff from the Industrial Washers, they know you are standing there. Then the persons spouse walks in with another basket of laundry to do.
