I talked to my oldest brother today Eric, and he told me my dad got remarried, I was shocked to be honest. But in some ways happy to know that he is not alone, because who wants to be alone for the rest of their lives? No one does honestly, do you? Anyway, I was a bit hurt that I didn’t at least know about it, even if I couldn’t go. Oh well, it’s nothing new to be the last to know. They were married 4 months ago. I’m sure my sister doesn’t know either, I have to let her know about the news as well. So we had a nice long chat. I’m glad to see that they are doing all well. I got a lot of information about everyone, so it’s nice to know. I haven’t looked at photos my brother sent me of my father’s wedding, I am looking forward to seeing them. Anyway enough about that. Warm Up
Today has been cold all day, I think Fall is finally here. Summer was short and weird to say the least, I will miss it. So William had to go see a client, and he's out late today, I miss him, I want a cuddle lol. I know he'll be home soon. I hope he drives carefully. We had installers come in today, they were installing additional fire alarms, wow they really went over the top, there is on in each bedroom, what looks like 2 in the hall, and one at the bottom of the stairs, wow that is a lot, but hey no reason to say we didn't hear it hehe. Better safe than sorry I say! Oh yay he's on his way home. There are so many new shows coming on this month and next month, I know I talked about it before, but this one show called Once Upon a Time, looks pretty good. 10 Years? Really?
It's so hard to believe, that, that much time really has flown by. Throughout those 10 years I have often thought about what happened on that day. I mean seriously, who couldn't? I'm sure it's come into your mind, now and then. Something triggers the memory, or perhaps you lost someone there, and I'm so very sorry for that. None of that should of ever happened, what has humanity come to. But I'm not here to talk politics lol, not that I ever do. But I just want to remember. So William went out to get the newspaper, and we got the Boston Herald, the front page was beautiful, I decided to keep the front page, just felt like I wanted to, is that wrong? Where Is Summer?
This year, summer has been really goofy, the weather constantly changing. We seem to be getting a lot of tropical storms here, one day its gorgeously beautiful, the next its humid and icky, and then its raining, and cool. What a combination. I'm okay but gosh I would really love to see some normal summer weather (minus the humidity) lol. So we had this great weekend planned, but there was somethings that came up that were well priority really, so that had to be cancelled, funny enough it rains today. But it was going to be a Friday - Saturday thing, I'm not going to say what, but I know it was going to be so much fun. But you know I love my William so much, and am 100% supportive of his work, that I know these things will come up. Um Summer Yet?
Well seems like Spring just sprung right past us, with the way the weather has been, you can't tell what season it is lol. I love all the seasons, but I would like some summer weather, I know William is getting tired of the rain and cold. This past weekend though has been really beautiful, today it's lovely outside, so is it really summer finally? Oh gosh I hope so. I'm not a big fan of humidity and I know summer brings it here, some days can be tolerable, but there are some days that I just plain refuse to go out, I will turn around and just walk back in the house lol, no I'm kidding, I won't because I don't need an argument or to have William upset with me, I just become a grump until the a/c in the truck is running and I'm cooled off :D I'm then a happy camper.
