Happy Memorial Day everyone! Well here we are, another one passing us. I want to thank all those who have served and are serving to keep us free and safe. Without you, who knows what our great nation would be like. I won't get into what can be done to make things better, this isn't the time for it. It is a time for remembering and honoring our heros. Today we had a nice BBQ just me and my awesome honey, William. It was a very nice day. During the day I was working on my mani, up until it was time to have our meal. All About The Hobbies!
Who doesn't have hobbies right? I think mine vary, from doing my own acrylic nails (is that a hobby? Kind of huh?) to a little amateur photography, to making little websites about things I like. As a matter of fact I have a lot of them. I have been recently working on some. I just finished what we call a fanlisting, I think I have posted what a fanlisting is, if you are new or don't remember, let me remind you real quick! A fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor/actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject. Pretty neat, right? Well that is one of my other hobbies, I enjoy it. I can't believe I posted last on Feb 4, wow how time flies so quickly. It's almost Valentine's Day!! So what is going on? Well The Biggest Loser winner was shocking, I talked about that in my other blog. So I won't really talk much about it here, except to say, I was shocked at how much weight Rachel lost. I am worried for her and her health. In my opinion, she lost too much weight that it looks unhealthy, or is it that I'm just not use to seeing her that skinny that she appears underweight? The is 5 feet 4, just a few inches shorter than me, and 105 pounds might be too thin. But who am I to say, I'm not a doctor, but there has been chatter about her since the show aired. Dieting and Me!
I was not one to ever stick to a diet, when I was younger, my mom tried things, but I wasn't happy with them, and/or I just didn't have the will power. So why now you must ask? I honestly should of did this a very long time ago, when I didn't get as overweight as I did. I'm ashamed about that, but you know - it is, what it is! I can't complain, cry, bitch or even blame anyone but myself. So I hold myself responsible. So why now? Well I'm overweight, and I need to put an end to it. My boyfriend loved me as a big girl, still does and is 100% supportive, my sister is proud of me, and above all. I am proud of myself. I will spare details really. But I am not taking anything special, or going to a dietician, or anything like that. I just decided to see how many calories I am suppose to be consuming. It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas
Omg I just love this time of the year, so many awesome things are going on. Awesome giveaways, blog hops, so so much, there is just never enough time in a day to do it all. So better late than never, I decided to put up a Christmas theme, yay!!! It's too cute, and very Christmasy I feel. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy.
