What’s ordinary about it?

May 22, 2008 by Emily 2 Comments

I was going to say this is just another ordinary day, but really what is ordinary? Or does it depend on the person? I don't know, but this day may be ordinary to me, compared to how it should be. Anyway forget about all that. I'm currently trying to play catch up, seems like I am always doing that lol. I'm checking for new submission for screenshot exchange, and also approving links at list-me.com because I do need to stay on top of that at least its the most active site of all my sites. I was going to log in or maybe I did and don't remember logging into facebook, but I usually will log in and leave the page open while I do other stuff lmao. I try to multi-task a lot lol. So I am going back and forth to each page doing a little haha. It's fun and makes the time pass :P and not to mention being a bit bored. Oh yeah I changed the theme Continue Reading

Upgraded 2.5.1

May 17, 2008 by Emily 3 Comments

Yeah I'm happy to say I have finally upgraded to 2.5.1 and watch tomorrow we'll have another upgrade :P haha well you just never know. I'm also happy to say I have renewed hosting here, so she-says.com is going to be around for another two years, unless I sell it to someone else which I intend to because I did mention I wanted to buy another domain. But at least my hosting is in place, and i turned out downgrading my package because I've had this domain for like 2 years and never used up not even half of what i had so i didn't see any point in keeping the same package, plus it was cheaper lol, interested in hosting, then go visit hostaffect.com they really do have excellent customer service, i am so happy with them. So thats whats up with that. I have to browse around the new set up on this upgrade because it looks different, so if Continue Reading

Happy Mother’s Day

May 12, 2008 by Emily Leave a Comment

I know it was yesterday but I still wanted to say I hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day. I spent my night thinking about my mother, as some of you may know or not know I lost her back in 2001 :( Yes it's been so hard with out her, we were so so very close. Anyway I spent it thinking about her, and I also got a chance to call my sister. Jo and her partner Ann have adopted 3 children who have been a very big handful, especially the boy Manual. But I give them so much credit for taking in 3 children and giving then unconditional love as they have. I couldn't call my sister in law it was just too expensive to call, and I wanted to talk to my sister the most anyway. But I am sending her a greeting card so she knows that I am thinking of her on Mother's day, she has a handful as well. I really wanted to wish my niece a happy mother's day but Continue Reading

Omg where has time gone?

May 6, 2008 by Emily 4 Comments

Yeah it was just April, and now were in May wow. And wow the weather sure did turn up even here in England. Omg!! I think I need a fresh theme, something summer huh? This is a bit dark but yet nice lol. The picture in my last post is like the only day of snow we got lmao. After that its either been some sunshine or rain. But as of lately its been sunshine which is good. I think this summer is going to be hot! Wow England hot thats a change!! But a nice one at that. I hope to take advantage of the carnivals they have here, I remember I missed them and its like just walking distance, I am going to take advantage of it though. I don't like going alone, but hell with it now lol. I hope I'm still here, its during the summer if I recall correctly. Alice is off today to look at a flat, I wish her good luck. She is planning on renting out this Continue Reading

Days Melt Into Each Other

April 25, 2008 by Emily 4 Comments

Thats what it seems like, the days just melting into each other. I do like how the weather is warming up though. We've had some really beautiful sunny days. I have some pictures I want to share of what I took. The only snow day we had here haha. I was still excited about it, and went out into it. Being from California, we don't get snow like that, unless you are up in Big Bear, and sometimes the High Desert, funny to say it snows in the Desert huh? Lol. But yeah I remember one time while there it snowed and I woke up late at night and I had my niece and nephews visiting for the weekend, and I just had to wake them up to see the snow. Later that day I bundled them up lol, and took them out to play. They loved it, shame I didn't have a camera back then to take pictures of them. But it was such a treat to just see them having fun. Last night Continue Reading
