It is that time of the year, to get very busy. And I have been since November, hence why I haven't posted yet. But here I am posting about a video I just uploaded to YouTube. What is it? A haul, a huge haul. It actually consists of Christmas items, and some planner stickers and lots of DIY/Crafting items that I wanted/needed. My Mind Is In A Fog
I woke up at around 5 am to feed my girls, (Daisy and Lily) my cats, yes I am a fur mommy. They won't let you sleep if you don't tend to them. I love my girls though, so I am happy to get up and feed them. You rarely find one without the other, 2 peas in a pod :) I decide to stay up, as I had a couple of packages to get out to the post today, and since my fiance was going to the post office anyway I asked him to take it for me. Normally it would be an Ebay sale but this time it wasn't, it was a couple of prizes I needed to send out for winners in my YouTube channel giveaways. Hello September! Fall is Almost Here!
Nineteen days until the official first day of Fall! Wow, already so hard to believe. Just today I was looking out the kitchen window into the backyard and I saw a few leaves fall. I turned to William and told him, "I just saw a few leaves fall". He says "bite your tongue". Yeah, I don't think he is ready for Fall and to be quite honest, I'm not either. We are really enjoying our summer. During our Labor Day weekend, my honey as I like to refer to William spent some time doing some repairs to the house, not urgent repairs but things we wanted to fix, like our faucet in the bathroom needed replacing. We had recently had the bathroom redone, and by the way, it looks gorgeous. Back to the sink, yeah we used our old faucet and thought it was time for a new one, so a new went up. Shopping, Rain & My Girls
We went out shopping today, as we usually do on Saturdays, my only day to really go shopping. As we only have 1 car at the moment and my honey uses for work. Perhaps that will change in the future but for now, that is how it is. Today is Tuesday so it is a few days later :) I found an interesting page where you can shop online, it's really good! We went to the one of the usual places Dollar Tree! :) And picked up some Fall and Halloween decor, new things I didn't see last year and was really pleased with them. Damages, Renovation, Broken Computer, Will This Ever End?
I don't even know where to start. I guess at the beginning. Well, we have been living here for just about a year now. We love our house! It is a small house, we don't have kids so it suits us for now. In the future sometime we may possibly move again. Okay so moving on to what is going on. First, it is the weather we had recently with extremely high winds, so windy that a lot of trees have fallen around town, including in our yard. We were home at the time this happened it must have been around 7 pm, I was in my hobby room as I usually am about that hour, and I hear this loud crash. I thought to myself, did a car just run into something outside, because I didn't feel the house shake or anything, so a car running into the house was not possible.
