I am so so happy. When I got up today, grabbed the scale, and made my way to the bathroom to weigh in, I was doing a silent prayer. I weighed myself and my heart sank. I thought I had gained a lot. I walk into the room, my honey is sitting on the bed waiting, and he asks: How did it go? I said: I $#%#$% gained weight! He is shocked and says: But how could you, that is impossible! He asked me to show him so I did, and the image below is what I showed him. So for some reason, I jumped ahead and thought I was already in the 270s which I wasn’t. I thought I had gained 5lbs but instead, I LOST 5.4 lbs, WOOOHOOO I think that may very well have put me back on track to make my 100 lbs mark by January 2015, oh my gosh I am so so so sooooo happy you have no idea. Weigh-in #11 – Surprise, Surprise
I weighed myself and was happy to see I lost 3.6 lbs, yay. I was super excited. I hate yo-yo-ing, but what am what do I to do? Just keep going forward. I am still eating meals from Weight Watchers, Smart Ones, and Healthy Choice, I’m really liking Healthy Choice a lot more, but Weight Watchers has some nice meals too, Smart Ones continue to be a bit boring, but I can’t be too choosy right? I am now seeing more of a change in my body, which makes me so happy, I’ve come a long way to finally be here. Throughout my entire life, I had tried losing weight but was never able to achieve what I wanted and I didn’t understand why. I thought hmm maybe I have a thyroid problem, but it’s evident now, that is not the problem. It was obviously my eating habits. I’m Disappointed In Myself
That title sure grabs a person’s interest. What did I do to disappoint myself? Well as mentioned in my previous post, I started dieting. Trying it on my own counting calories. Until you do this, you begin to realize how many calories really are in the food. It’s shocking. 2 oz of spaghetti noodles has about 200 calories, it also can depend on how it’s prepared, that’s cooked spaghetti, anyway 2 oz is not very much, I had about 6 or 7 oz it came out to a lot, let’s put it like that, and then with the other items I went over my daily calorie intake, and it just bummed me out, because I felt I was doing great. I wouldn’t be surprised if I gained a pound, just from that day alone. Needless to say, I’m trying to make up for it. So even though it bummed me out, I carry on, because I need to. I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's eve, and that your new year is going to be filled with health, love, happiness, and lots of beautiful memories. My 2013 had its moments, from becoming engaged to getting a kitten that I've wanted for so long. Speaking of Daisy, she is growing so fast!! I love her more and more each day.
