Happy Halloween

November 1, 2009 by Emily Leave a Comment

It's that time again, yup! Candy, costumes woohoo. I always love this time of the year, not only for reasons I stated, but because all the cool scary stuff they show on TV and films that come out. I'm staying home chilling with William, watching Ghost Hunters live. Our Halloween started last night, by watching Ghost Adventurers, they went live on TV and online, we watched some but they were going to run all the way until 3 am, no way can I make it to 3 am. Good thing we recorded it ;) So here I sit watching Ghost Hunters Live, and watching the live cams on the laptop. I'm on my mini, and it didn't want to stay up to date with the live cams, I was on a delay. So I decided to blog and William is on his laptop looking at the live cams, it's cool we heard stuff :P Today I finished making the link buttons for my new site, I should be ready Continue Reading

Happy Birthday William!

October 22, 2009 by Emily 1 Comment

Happy Birthday William, sweetheart! Okay well yesterday there were to special birthdays, William, I have mentioned him often in my posts, you will continue to do so, he is some one very special to me, please wish him a very Happy Birthday, the other birthday is my nephew Mike, he's currently in the Army, I miss him very much and wish that he stays safe. So yesterday, I had something delivered to William at work, and to my disbelief, ok maybe not disbelief, I didn't want to say "not surprised". The surprised was squashed they totally messed it all up, especially on his birthday, I was so angry, I nearly cried on the phone with the representative, when she told me it would not be delivered until today. As of this moment I have already emailed them twice to be sure it's being delivered. They assured me it would! Well it's going on 2pm, and I Continue Reading

What A Game!

October 19, 2009 by Emily Leave a Comment

On Sunday we went to Gillette Stadium to see the New England Patriots play. It was an incredible experience! William and myself knew that it would be cold weather and all so I tried to dress as warm as possible. I'm originally from California, so I wasn't exactly ready for Massachusetts weather. I also knew there would be some rain, we got there without a problem, we were there actually early, which was cool, so we just sat in the truck until about 30-45 mins before kick off, while sitting there it began to rain harder and harder. We finally made our way to the stadium and I was already getting wet, at that point I needed to get one of their stadium ponchos to try to stay dry. William kept saying I would need one, lol I finally broke down and got one. So we stood around and waited for awhile before finding our seats. I turn around and Continue Reading

Our Final Farwell

October 7, 2009 by Emily 1 Comment

This post will be on the sadder side of things, last post was as well. As my last post stated, we found out that Bear 'our dog' had kidney failure. Because of that, it left us having to decide when we would have to take him to be put to sleep. It's not something you want to do, and you don't want to be selfish and keep him alive, but suffering. Although Pupa Bear didn't really show signs of being in pain, we knew he was sick. You could see it. I seen it, so did William. Bear was a good dog, he was a very well behaved dog which we kept happy with pet essentials and tips from https://dope.dog/. Gosh how many people get that? Well maybe a lot, but we were lucky. Although I wasn't around a very long time, in the short amount of time I was with Bear, we did get very attached to each other. He was silly, loving, affectionate, loyal, well Continue Reading

Losing A Loved One

September 29, 2009 by Emily 1 Comment

Losing a loved one is a difficult time to go through. I lost my mother in 2001, I lost my cat Juliet in 2005, and now I am going to suffer another loss. Although I wasn't with him as long as his owner, I spent quite a bit of time with him, and we bonded. In one of my previous posts, I posted some photos of 'Pupa Bear' a beautiful Black Labrador. We just recently had a visit to the vet because he had not been himself, eating habit and all, everything started changing. Well we had the visit, and we got some really bad news, he was diagnosed with kidney failure, he is 13 years old though. He's had a lovely long life, William's father had him for 9 years, and William 4 years, I had him in my life for only a few months, but in those months gosh it feels like he's been a part of my life from the time he was a puppy. He was sooo cute when he was Continue Reading
