Nineteen days until the official first day of Fall! Wow, already so hard to believe. Just today I was looking out the kitchen window into the backyard and I saw a few leaves fall. I turned to William and told him, "I just saw a few leaves fall". He says "bite your tongue". Yeah, I don't think he is ready for Fall and to be quite honest, I'm not either. We are really enjoying our summer. During our Labor Day weekend, my honey as I like to refer to William spent some time doing some repairs to the house, not urgent repairs but things we wanted to fix, like our faucet in the bathroom needed replacing. We had recently had the bathroom redone, and by the way, it looks gorgeous. Back to the sink, yeah we used our old faucet and thought it was time for a new one, so a new went up. February, Organizing & Keto
February, the month of love, ahhh! Another excuse to go shopping lol. Last month I posted, what once. See I must do better than that. By the time the end of the day comes, I don't want to type anymore lol. Let's move on from this, shall we? What have I been up to, and how are my goals to achieve my New Years resolutions going. Organizing - I am working on it. I have moved the Christmas stuff I bought on clearance down to the basement, but I still have to go down there and find a bin for it, as I don't want it to sit in bags, that just won't do, and William wouldn't like it either. Happy New Year 2018
So what is going on with me? I leave this blog for a whole year with nothing added. My diet went down the drain, but I have plans of starting a new one, a much different one. A Keto diet. I am excited to do it, as I have said before, it is not just a diet, it is a way of life, a lifestyle change. My honey, however, is going to join in, because it will just make things hard if it is only me doing it, and he wants to lose a bit of weight he gained since he stopped smoking and drinking, wow huh? Big props to him for doing it on his own! Apart from the diet things, this blog has literally gone nowhere. And that is because I have another dedicated blog. We had a White Christmas, sorta!
I have always wanted to have a White Christmas, the fact we got some early snow this year I had high hopes. Christmas Eve comes along, no snow! I was bummed but thought okay next year. So when I wake up Christmas morning. My honey tells me, you might want to look outside!! I was, huh? What are you talking about? All confused right? I look through the curtain and right away I see it is SNOWING!! I thought OMG OMG we are having a White Christmas after all.
