Happy Memorial Day everyone! Well here we are, another one passing us. I want to thank all those who have served and are serving to keep us free and safe. Without you, who knows what our great nation would be like. I won't get into what can be done to make things better, this isn't the time for it. It is a time for remembering and honoring our heros. Today we had a nice BBQ just me and my awesome honey, William. It was a very nice day. During the day I was working on my mani, up until it was time to have our meal. Then we enjoyed each other's company and watched some TV. Over the weekend we went and did a bit of shopping, it was a really nice weekend, it was so nice to be able to have some sun, I am hoping for a lot more during this Spring/Summer season. Happy April, lol Days Later!
So I am a busy bee, and believe it or not. My days go so fast, I don't have time for much. Which saddens me, because I want to do a lot. And the day just runs out. Since dieting, and since my honey bought me a treadmill, I walk all day, not consistently lol, I try to do 30 min sessions, but when I get started late, I have to almost do them back to back, so I get very tired, my poor bones and joints LOL. I need to time manage better I suppose, but I feel I want to do so much, that I turn out not doing much. Which really sucks, because it really bums me out. Anyway, another thing is organisation, something I want to work on as well. The new trend seems to be planners, well it's been around for while, but it's getting big now. Goodbye October, Hello November, it is sweater and boots season, yay! I love sweater season, it is fun to just get bundled up for the cold season. Last week it had been raining off and on, very dreary weather, but today it was sunny but chilly, we went out to the mall, walked around, stopped into Bath and Body Works, picked up some goodies, I will be doing a haul video for it hopefully next few days! I have to be honest, since moving to Massachusetts, I never went into a Bath and Body Works shop, I would usually just order online,but this year I asked my honey, if we could, and he agreed, and got a few candles, really happy with our purchases! Solar Color Dust Haul
I recently decided to make a purchase from SolarColorDust.com, they sell so many awesome products. I decided on the glow dust, as you can see below! I didn't get a large order, as I wasn't sure what the product would be like. This is how I got them, they are about a tablespoons worth, I was able to transfer them to containers, just the right size. I took another photo of them with low lighting, you can see how neonish they are, they also glow in the dark, so cool! They are pretty cool I think, very chalky feeling actually. I hope to be able to make a glitter glow-in-the-darl mix for halloween, that would be so much fun! I was going to post a picture of each individual one, oh heck why not lol.
