It's finally here!! My nails are polished pumpkin orange, just need to add a few ghost & goblins on them! The kiddies are out trick o' treating, and I'm ready for some scary movies and cuddle time with my hunny! It's come and gone so fast, it's unbelievable. The Boston #RedSox Win The #WorldSeries 2013
I cannot tell you how happy I am for the team!! What a wonderful turn around, the curse has been broken, and they made history last night. My hunny and myself watched the whole game, it was amazing, some really weird things happened, but it was all for the good, because Boston Red Sox won 6-1 in game 6 of the World Series, I cannot be happier! I'm so dang proud of every one of them. There are a few players I wish I could of seen in this series, but you know what these guys earned it! Let me share a few photos after their win! We Are Engaged!!!
Can you believe it? I know a lot of people I know are thinking "Finally"! I don't blame them, it's me being picky, or just unlucky, I choose the first *wink*. Those who know me, read my blog posts, or know me IRL, know who my Hunny is, my wonderful absolutely amazing William!! On October 22, 2014, at about 6 pm EST, he came home, opened up a box, and asked me "Will you marry me in an outdoor wedding?" I of course said YES!!!! We had talked about it, and we had looked at wood rings, so it was a matter of time. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way, his way, his personality, nothing made up all original. Over the years I have found things I liked, things I stick with sometimes, sometimes they go on the back burner and stay quiet for a while. Unlike blogging, that just seems to be something I like to do. It’s a therapy type of thing I guess you can say. I type for myself, not so much for others, it makes me feel good talking about things, even if I am the only reader. I know others read it, they just never say they have, statistics say they do. Which is perfectly okay with me, I tend to be shy at times too. But more often than not, I leave a comment, just so the person knows someone is listening, or reading that is. A Special Happy Birthday To My Mom ~ You Are Missed
Another year without my mom. I know she is in a better place, in peace I can only pray. You have no idea how much she is missed. Even though I never had children, and it's not something she is going to miss, as I know she is always watching over us. Even though she can't come personally, and hold me and tell me she loves me. But I know she is there, she is always there. Even when I do dumb things lol. She is probably shaking her head side to side, saying *ugh, you know better*, and she is right. I miss her like crazy. I always try to tell people, don't let times get by you without talking to you parents. I should take my own advice. I'm not close with my father, but that is a whole other story lol.
