Internet Matchmaking Services

January 8, 2011 by Emily Leave a Comment

Have you thought about how much progress there has been on the internet? With a lot of things, from finding the perfect internet providers to the right pair of shoes. But have you seen all the online dating sites? It's absolutely amazing, I mean there is a huge boom going on now. There are so many websites, you just don't know which to go to. I have to be honest, I have gotten curious, I mean who hasn't? :) There are a lot of things to think about when deciding to 'get curious' hehe. Safety being one of the biggest out there. So research is very important if you plan on doing something like this. You just don't know who you will come across, it's a really scary thing. You hear all types of stories. So knowing this, you do research when looking into online dating, research is the key here! I know now there are lots of information about Continue Reading

BAD2010 – Water

October 15, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

Water, have you given it much thought? Where it comes, how it gets here, and how lucky we are to have it at our disposal as we do? I do now and then, and that's being honest. Because it's so easy to access for us, we don't think about it much. We have access to the best water softener system, which gets us clean water with essential nutrients and minerals, so we don't put much thought towards it. Well don't feel guilty, a lot of people do the same thing. This post is brought to you in part by http://blogactionday.change.org/, and myself :) Here is your chance to get involved and spread the word on the work that water.org is doing, they are amazing, there isn't enough words to say what a difference they are making, and what a difference we can make as well. The people from Africa and the like, walk miles and miles to get their water, and Continue Reading

Book Signing

October 9, 2010 by Emily 1 Comment

We went to the book signing for Grant Wilson and Jason Hawes of Ghost Hunters, and if you are a follower of this blog or if you aren't, lol. Let it be known I am a big fan of Ghost Hunters, so big I made them fanlistings, I plan on create new better layouts, and then I will get in touch with them, and hope they link me on their websites, it would be awesome. Well about the book signing, it was so exciting, we both bought their latest book 'Ghost Hunt' and had it signed, check out the photos! If you are a fan of Ghost Hunters and the cast, then join their fanlistings! I have to say this was a very exciting day. We have been following Ghost Hunters for quite a while. It was so cool because William mentioned that he went to New England IT and Jason looked up at him and said 'I did too', we never knew he had gone there, so that was really Continue Reading

Utterly Happy

September 23, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

I can't complain, well actually I can, and I usually do because this is the place to do it lol, I'll spare the visitors the crappy part of life. I'm happy, my eBay stuff is taking off great, I know eventually I'll run out of things to sell, but I'll search high and low for more bargains, at the moment I am selling my stuff and friends stuff, there are some things we bought as well to add to the mix, and it's all going really well. I'm really happy about all that. I was able to sell the mannequin I accidentally broke, really the only part that broke which is one of the important parts, the hook connected to the plastic. It was the hanging type of mannequin, a torso form. Yeah, I was so mad because I couldn't hang it anymore to take pictures, so I had to sit it against the wall on something, so annoying. Anyway, so that is sold, and I Continue Reading

Where Were You?

September 11, 2010 by Emily 1 Comment

Today is one of many days to remember that has affected all of us in some way. 9/11 how can we forget, we can't. Where were you when you first heard about the bad news? I recall waking up, and hearing the sound of the DJ on the radio, the only thing is he didn't sound like himself. he sounded so sad, and I wondered why that was, as he was always so bubbly and happy. So I listened for a bit and then realised what happened, I immediately got up and turned the TV on and to my shock! I just couldn't believe what had happened. Omg I started to cry! Even now I still feel the sadness, and I know I will eventually have a little  session. I don't like to have my blogs be sad, and I'm going to try to perk this one up, but I just wanted anyone who stumbles across this blog, to have at least remembered if even for 30 seconds. I'm about Continue Reading
