Bruins Game Was Awesome!

December 31, 2009 by Emily Leave a Comment

First and foremost, Happy New Year's Eve! I had a great time at the hockey game last night. It was my birthday present from William, he tried getting it on my birthday, but couldn't, so we went last night. Traffic was horrendous, but we managed to get there with enough time to really enjoy the game. We had great club seats, cushy seats, great view! Of course, I will have to share some of the photos with you. Took a few pictures of inside, some with a camera, some with my mobile, we'll see how those mobile pictures came out :) The Bruins were awesome, and here are some photos to show you all, how much fun it was to watch! I started this blog a long time ago. But had stuff to do, that it just stood open. Well, I wanted to share the photos from the awesome game last night and there they are. It's New Years' even, I'm not going to a Continue Reading

It’s Christmas Time!

December 24, 2009 by Emily Leave a Comment

Merry Christmas everyone, it's Christmas Eve day :) I hope you are all ready and don't do too much traveling and enjoy your day/evening at home. I know there are a lot of last-minute Christmas shoppers, gosh I know I have been there many times. It can be really hectic, and crazy. I remember my father getting all frustrated, and angry at times. That was not a very good experience, I use to dread when that time came because the spirit of Christmas sometimes was ruined with anger and frustration, which leads to yelling or whatever. Anyway, let's focus on good things ok? So people have different traditions for Christmas, let me tell you mine as a child. Typically for us, it would be Christmas dinner on Christmas eve, then we would watch Christmas shows on TV to entertain the children (my brothers and sister). We as the children always Continue Reading

It’s Almost Here!

December 23, 2009 by Emily Leave a Comment

I can't believe how quickly it's coming up! Christmas is almost here. Did you all get all your shopping done? I did! William still doing a little after work today. Yesterday he was here most of the day, we were waiting for Verizon to show up, to switch us over to Fios. When I was in California at my sisters' house, she had Fios, and it was very fast. I have yet to test the speed of the internet. But I am glad we have it. Unfortunately, it would cost like $300 to get out of the contract with DirectTV and switch over to the other company, so that won't happen until after the contract ends. If you are curious how fast your internet, then go to this website speedtest.net. My results are below! Not bad I guess, much better than how it was before. Interestingly though, I can't auto-date my WordPress, and I've tried and it doesn't seem to Continue Reading

About A Foot!

December 21, 2009 by Emily 2 Comments

That is right, we got about 12-14 inches of snow, it's my first blizzard *all happy* lol, it's as amazing as I thought it would be. Fluffy white, of course, the more you try to shovel the heavier it gets, but I had a good time! I was exhausted after, but it was fun, and I wouldn't have missed it for the world. It was my first experience with this much snow, and I was just in awe over a lot of things, such as the salt they put on the ground so that the snow that falls on it, will melt it. Seriously I was like 'wow' lol. William must have thought of me as a weirdo lol. All I kept saying is "Omgosh that's so cool!" hehe. Being from California, I am not exposed to this much snow. I have to admit though, wearing regular sneakers to shovel snow is not ideal. I guess I wasn't prepared *oops* lol. So now I am on the hunt for a few items, to keep Continue Reading

Hustle and Bustle!

December 17, 2009 by Emily Leave a Comment

Now it gets really crazy, last-minute shopping, Christmas parties, and all kinds of stuff. As I mentioned in my last post, on Sunday we are going to William's sisters' house for Christmas dinner, which will be nice. But the weather is going to be crazy that night, I hear possible snow *brr* get cold just thinking of it. Although I welcome it, living in California most of my life, I saw snow, and if I did, it was up in the high desert area, interesting it snowed in the high desert. We were pretty close to Big Bear there, so we got a lot of that cold weather. But it was really nice, and getting a chance to see a lot of snow being dumped in this area is going to be awesome! I'm going to enjoy it as much as I can. Because you just don't know how long you have. I hope to have a nice time at this dinner, I won't really know anyone, and there Continue Reading

Hello, I’m Emily

I am a child of God. A wife to William, a fur mommy to Daisy and Lily, and a fur mommy to my semi-feral to me girl Lilo (Tortie) and Mittens (Tuxedo) boy. My other ferals disappeared. I live in Massachusetts. I love to randomly photograph interesting things, and I enjoy blogging.
