It’s almost Christmas, wow!

December 19, 2021 by Emily Leave a Comment

I am wowed by the thought of how fast time sped up from my last post in September to now in mid-December. Wow. Just Wow! I get so busy, that it flew by. I actually was very busy updating all my fanlistings over at Thislove.nu, that is where I keep all my fanlisting, just things that I like a lot, made into mini websites, and also other fanlistings other people run that I also like, it can be just about anything from coffee, to cats, to songs such as Amazing Grace. My script was outdated and so was my PHP, as a matter of fact, I just updated the PHP version on this website so it is more secure. So all that had me pretty busy. And to be completely honest, I paid the price by slacking in other areas that need my attention. Since it is Christmas time, I wanted to share a fanlisting I created for the short film A Charlie Brown Christmas, I Continue Reading

Oh My Goodness 6 months later? Wow!

October 1, 2021 by Emily Leave a Comment

First off, I have no excuse, why have this website if I am not going to blog? So I need to really work on that, it has been an issue of mine for a while. I apologize to anyone that may stumble on my blog here if any lol. I am pretty sure someone has come along, and they don't leave a comment. That is okay because this is more for me, as therapy, helps me. I don't go as far as getting detailed about every aspect of my life, it is not necessary. Now that I got all that said, we can move on. In July, I was very sick, no I did not have COVID, but it took me about a month to get over. God is good, and he healed me, and now I am feeling so much better. My husband wanted me to go to the ER, I told him, they more than likely would not keep me or give me anything besides what I was already taking. And with COVID, no way it was better I Continue Reading

Good Golly, Has It Been A Minute

May 13, 2021 by Emily Leave a Comment

We are into Spring, and we have rain, and sunshine, off and on. It has been a hot minute since I last posted. There has been so much going on, and I honestly have not had time to update any of my blogs, but just update my fanlistings so I don't lose them. I also renewed my domains, so yeah I am still around. Did I mention in one of my last posts, that I closed my YouTube, yes, indeed I did. I definitely did not have time for that anymore. It felt like a chore, a chore I did not want to do anymore. I am sure some of you can relate? Yes, no? Maybe. Well, it was for me, and as I have told others through the years that when it feels like it is a chore and you are not enjoying it anymore, it is time to move on. And that is what I did. I still blog, and I have often said I need to get better with that, and I will. I am not much of a Continue Reading

Is Being Busy An Excuse?

April 5, 2021 by Emily Leave a Comment

It is for me. I have been so busy, I have not had time to read the Bible. With it being Easter yesterday I decided to spend time reading the Bible. Did I mention I have been reading the Bible? I had to go back and glance at my last post, and yes I have talked about it. The Bible I posted is one I like reading. I love it, it is a beautiful Bible. Since my last post, I have added 4 more Bibles. After researching and visiting a few Christian websites, I learned there are various translations so I became curious. One of my favorite websites is the Blue Letter Bible, I go to it on a regular basis, and they have a smartphone app as well. There is so much content on that website, that it is the only Christian website you will ever need. However, I like to look around through other Christian websites as well. As so many have a lot to offer. I Continue Reading

When Did It Creep Up?

February 16, 2021 by Emily Leave a Comment

Valentine's Day crept up like nobody's business. Before I knew it, it was Valentine's Day. I hope you all had a nice one. I spent mine with my husband, who cooked an amazing meal. He always does! I think ever since COVID hit, things have not felt the same, am I in this boat alone? Well, it was here, and now it is gone. I didn't even decorate, and I love decorating, but it wasn't in me this year. I will probably put a few things out for St. Patrick's Day. Last year I think it was I made 2 cute gnomes for St. Patrick's Day. If I can find a picture I'll post them below. I think they came out cute, my husband liked them. Yesterday (2/15/21) I spent a few hours looking for pictures, and couldn't find them I asked myself "Did I even photograph them?" I had fun looking through old photos though. I found it the following day (2/16/21), it Continue Reading
