Take Advantage of For Sale By Owner Homes

June 7, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

With the way the economy is these days, a lot of people are losing their homes, but on that same note, a lot of other people can benefit from it as well. I know it's probably a mean thing to say, but it's a reality as well. I've considered buying a house myself, sure it's a scary thing, where to look, omgoodness what is the economy going to be 5 years from now, yada yada yada, thousands of questions that can come into mind, a lot of 'what if's' as well. I've looked around some, came across Foreclosed Bank Homes, although it's a sad realisation to think of where these homes came from, there is also a lot of benefits. Mainly the price of the house. This is a very easy to navigate website, you have a better understanding of what a 'bank owned' house means, they share plenty of photos, enough that it's gives you the feel of being there, even Continue Reading

Finally Done!

June 3, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

Well after about 5 days worth of moving stuff and tossing what wasn't needed we are finally done and finished with that bit of it. Ok well not 100% but I would say 99.7% is that close enough? hehe. Yeah still have some stuff to clear out in the basement, and shed in the back yard. Gosh it's unbelievable how much a person can accumulate after a long period of time. Even 4 short years, you can find yourself in a mountain of things, and what's funnier is, you forget about some, and go out and buy more of it haha. That ever happen to you? The hardest part is over, so I'm glad about that, and I'm sure William is too! Oh I was talking to my friend Alice, and she is going to be visiting, so I'm really looking forward to that, I have missed her, and it would be nice to catch up, and get a hug! I don't know if we'll do any real sight seeing, as Continue Reading

Lovely Sunny Days

April 7, 2010 by Emily 1 Comment

That is what I am hoping for plenty of lovely sunny days, with that a change of theme. Now once summer comes it'll be brutal, well for me anyway. I love the summer, but I don't like the humidity it brings with it, especially out here. Now that may only last for a month, but it's horrible, I am so irritated, and annoyed on those days, I feel so sorry for William, "Hey William I promised to handle it better than I did last year" holy moly, this one day last year. We were going somewhere I don't recall where, but I walked outside, and OMGOSH!!! The humidity hit me and it felt so thick outside, I was going to panic that I couldn't breath, oh gosh it was the worse thing I ever experienced. I guess those who live here are use to it, at least that is what William told me. Speaking of summer, I think we may consider changing the kitchen sink, Continue Reading

* Poof * Gone

March 4, 2010 by Emily 2 Comments

This morning I woke up and there was a lovely blanket of snow, and now it's all gone, oh pooooh!!!!! I wish it would stay for a couple of days, it was so much fun when we had the blizzard, or at least what seemed like one. I have never been in one, so that was rather exciting. I am so lazy today to do laundry, lol. Ok I am partially blame it on the cold weather, hehe even though I just said I love the snow and I want more hahah, but also a bit of my laziness today. Anyway last night we watched Ghost Hunters: TAPS they had a live show. I was a bit disappointed, maybe I am a bit spoiled with that show when they did the live Halloween one, where they were actually investigating live hehe. Last nights show, the actual investigation was done like during the week which is fine and all. As I said I'm a bit spoiled and wanted to see it done live. Continue Reading

Spending Money

February 21, 2010 by Emily 1 Comment

We went on a little shopping trip today, we went to get some curtains for the kitchen, a little change will be cool, a valance for the front door, a blender, a big clock for the living room, it looks really nice. Gosh we got home, had a quick bite to eat, put up the valance and clock, now I'm tired :yawn: So I thought I'd come on and see what's up on here, I realised I haven't posted since Wednesday :shock: that is shocking because I usually post every other day, so I don't know what happened that changed things *thinks for a minute* nope I really have no clue. Ahh William is a O:-) he made me some tea, yummy! So I finally got paid my first day for PayPerPost, well actually, I can't cash out until its up to $50 dollars, and I got a bit to go, but hey it's a start. I need to put these in here anne a lay apostle, because it's all part of Continue Reading
