Alice is off to London today to take care of some business and I can't tell you how relieved I am. When she is here she can't seem to let me have a minutes rest for computer time, I call it my "play time" and when I do you can be sure that she will ask me to do something. It never fails. So I have a good part of today to myself so might as well make the best of it, even though I stayed up late last night chatting to a sweet friend of mine. So how are things between us you are wondering, okay maybe you aren't wondering. But I or should I say we decided to end it between us which I am happier with. I've been having some issues with her and this whole relationship and I feel much better now that we talked and we decided to try to be friends. Planning Holiday
Well I said my goodbye to Alice about an hour and a half ago, she is on her way back to London. We had a good time, we didn't do the packing like we had planned something else came up. We spent like 2 days trying to plan our Christmas/New Years holiday, which I am so very excited about. We hopefully will be heading up towards Scotland if plans come out right, well the booking anyway. We plan on driving up, first staying at a lovely Castle woohoo I am so excited about that, but that stay will only be for one night, then we drive on for a few more hours and then stay at another lovely place I forgot the name of that place lol, but it's like a retreat of some kind, looks really nice though and its only for one night. OMG so sizzling!
Wow finally summer has hit England, it was gorgeous today and still is actually. The sun is just shining beautifully, would of been a perfect day for a BBQ, but Alice is in England, she had the day off today so I'm happy about that for her she was relaxing in the garden. She actually went inside because it was too hot for her :) Thats good to know, especially here with the way the weather has been. I just found a little bruise on my knee hmm *wonders how that got there* don't that happen to you, you suddenly find a bruise and you have no idea how you got it? Ahh I chipped a nail to ugh, will this ever end lol. I've been putting off and putting off doing my hair, I wanted to color it so it'd be even, then in two weeks go and get my hair highlighted, gotta have those highlights hehe. Sorting Things
Well still working on sorting this site out, but having a little problem, we'll figure it out soon enough. Just finished watching Primeval, really good move based on a true story, kinda scary if you live in Africa to be honest but good movie to watch. I had a lot on my mind last night so I couldn't really sleep so I decided to watch Happy Feet, can you believe that movie actually made me cry? It was such a sweet story. I think this month I've been very emotional due to the monthly monster, more so than other times. Does that ever happen to you ladies? It's not fun. Can’t Figure
I've noticed that of lately I write somewhat long posts, and I've been trying to figure out how to make a "read more" link, and I have yet to figure that one out, so I'll try to keep this post on the shorter side. Do you get easily bored with your layouts/themes, I do. Believe it or not I am a bit bored with this one lol. Oh another thing I'd like to do is edit a theme where if you look at my sidebar you can see my subpages, man does that get on my nerve and takes up so damn space on the sidebar, well I've wanted to figure out how I can edit the theme to only show the parent category and not the child category, does anyone know how to do this, if so drop me a line please :) I need to go and hang out at the wordpress forum I'm sure I an find something there.
