Hey everyone. I know I'm slacking, but I got lots of posts coming. Because I am now doing a few things I wasn't doing before. One of them being making videos and posting them on YouTube. Now my videos are nail art, make up, and the like related. So that is all they are about. I belong to a small community of ladies that like the same thing, so we all post our videos or our new nail sets and some put amazing tutorials on there as well. What a 4th of July, All Kinds of Excitement!
I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July. I had a really great time at William's family's house. It's always a pleasure to see his family, they are such wonderful people. I especially love seeeing those adorable niece and nephews of Williams. They crack me up. I love the fact that Madeline, actually all 3 of them Jeremy and RJ as well. Love to do staring contest they are just too cute!! Love to catch them blinking. Maddy is so funny because she squints her eyes trying not to blink, I have to show you this picture, she is just too cute. As I said, she is such a crack up. A New Set & So Very Pleased With My Nails
Ok so in the past I have talked about doing my own nails, and I have. I first experienced with the less expensive products, which I failed at, you can tell if you look back at my blog, and view the pictures of the train wreck. So I put off doing them and instead stocked up on supplies. I even got vegan nail polish to see how they were as I had never tried them before. Persistence Pays Off, Believe It!
Yes!! Finally it's here. SUMMER! I'm super happy, that means no more rain? I hope. The weather has been wacky for ages, even when I lived in California, it was wacky, so I really don't know what to expect. It's 3:45pm EST and the temperature at the moment is 94 degrees, and yes I can feel the humidity. I've been indoors, so I don't feel it as much as others. I really hope William is keeping cool. I wish there was a way to guarantee that but alas there isn't. I know they have A/C at his job, so hopefully it's on and keeping him cool. So what's been going on with me. My Nail Supply Collection Is Growing
I am really happy about getting my nail collection sorted, I like finding the things I will be using at really reasonable prices. Like from ebay, they have hoards of great stuff, and really super low prices, coming from like Hong Kong, China, it's incredible, most of them are free shipping too. So you know I pick up quite a bit there. On occasion I got to Michaels or Jo-Ann's and get stuff on sale, and yes I do buy reg priced items, but hey I try to use 40% off coupons when I can. From what I have seen, it's been 40% on one item which is really great, because I find stuff on sale, so I already am getting a discount, over all I have been very happy. What I would like to do next, is get acrylic powders and liquids from different companies and test them out and see how they are.
