That's right, I'm alone tonight. Alice went to stay the night with an old friend of 20 years, although she hadn't kept in touch but has been regularly emailing him. Yeah he's some guy named Kevin. He's straight. Now there is nothing wrong with that, but I can't help but feel a bit uncomfortable her going to stay at someone's place that I've never met. Would you be okay with that? I'm a lesbian, she is staying at an old friends house I've never met that is straight, how safe is that? Pretty damn safe right? So why do I feel uncomfortable? Am happy that it's friday, not really I don't do any different on Fridays then I do mondays. Well okay we may go and get some steppers so I can do some walking at home, sounds funny huh? Well yeah, like on days I don't feel like going out for my walks due to weather. I was defragmenting our laptops and I wondered why that wireless was not working, I guess it disables it when you are deframenting, so I stopped, wait no I paused mine first but still nothing worked, then I decided to stop it and still again nada! Ok so I went to Alice's laptop and seen hers was done, so I decided to shut down her computer, and low and behold wireless worked, yay! We watched War of the worlds tonight, she lovd the move, I'd seen it before but was happy to see it again. I am so tired of spam, we get it everywhere, on wordpress, thank goodnesss for the plugins some great people make to avoid some of it actually getting to the comments that get posted, I get spam in my email, in my cam portal, omg my portal at http://pixelfx.org gets hit daily, recently been getting about 20 a day, it's so annoying. I'm thinking of changing the url or something, actually what I did think of adding is one of those capcha type things, I'm not even sure if I spelt that correct or not, and I'm not too concerned about the spelling at the moment. So that's something I decided to complain about today. Still sick
It's been a week and I'm still sick, I got a bad cough, which I have to say has gotten better, so I'm happy. Poor Alice was sick for 2 weeks, I just couldn't believe how it would not go away, and even now she is weak and she has the same cough I do. I'm convinced that, at least with me, this started as an allergy. We might have caught a bug after that but I'm pretty sure something was making me allergic at first. I'm going to schedule an appointment with a Board Certified Allergist Center that is nearby. It's about time I got those tests done so I know what to watch out for. Yeah, it's been that bad! Is it going around? Probably. Good thing she didn't have it when she was sick, that would of been ALOT of time showing her out sick and it just wouldn't look good, so I am glad it happened during her time off.
