Finally the weekend is here, no real big plans, but you never know what can come up. The weekend should bring some nice weather. The week has been cloudy mostly, so *fingers crossed* for some nice sunny weather. Maybe even get out and mow the lawn, it's getting to be a jungle back there hehe. But want to make sure we don't get drenched while trying to mow hehe. Who am I kidding? I'm not the one that would be mowing but I'm just saying. Yesterday I missed the postman because my laptop is upstairs, it's where I do my work. So naturally I didn't hear him, he couldn't really knock on the door either, as the screen door was locked, and the doorbell decided to take a shit hehe. How Was Your Mother’s Day?
My mother's day was all over the place. Not that I literally went everywhere, because it turned out we only went for a drive just to get out of the house, which was really nice by the way. There was a lot of emotions going around on Mother's Day. As some of you may know, my mother passed away close to 10 years ago, so it does kind o suck on Mother's Day, yes I shed a few tears because I miss her so much. She's in a better place, and so am I. I have to admit I wish she could see me now, and be in my life right now to share the happiness I am living. I know she is watching over me, and smiling, so I have that comfort to live with. I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's day and took the time to at least call your Mother even if things are bad or good, it's one phone call it won't kill you! Happy May!
Wow we are now into May, I am hoping for some really nice weather during May. The last few days have been warm which is really nice, but with that came some humidity which I'm not so crazy about! I have been so busy with my Ebay thing that I haven't posted as often as I was before, so I apologise for that. I hope everyone is having some nice weather come their way as well. I'm sure you all have heard the story about the Missing "Mom" (Tiffany Tehan) I don't know if I would classify her as that anymore. When people thought she'd been abducted, and wasn't, things sure did change around a bit. I watched the Today show this morning, and they interviewed the husband. Lovely Sunny Days
That is what I am hoping for plenty of lovely sunny days, with that a change of theme. Now once summer comes it'll be brutal, well for me anyway. I love the summer, but I don't like the humidity it brings with it, especially out here. Now that may only last for a month, but it's horrible, I am so irritated, and annoyed on those days, I feel so sorry for William, "Hey William I promised to handle it better than I did last year" holy moly, this one day last year. We were going somewhere I don't recall where, but I walked outside, and OMGOSH!!! The humidity hit me and it felt so thick outside, I was going to panic that I couldn't breath, oh gosh it was the worse thing I ever experienced. Spring Equinox 2010
Today is such a beautiful day, it don't surprise me as it is the first day of spring 2010. Spring Equinox (first day of spring 2010), it finally won't be as cold as it use to be, yay for that. That means flowers :rose: will be blooming ever so lovely all around us. I realise that there are some places that don't start their first day of spring when we do, but they will soon follow after. I'm telling you, we went out shopping for a few things, and the weather was so gorgeous it's the first time I didn't have to wear a sweater, that made me so happy :clap: I am also happy because I am finally beginning to add my bits and bobs to sell on eBay, so I am so very happy about that.
