It's been awhile since I have done a 30 Days of truth, so here we go. I think if I was notified that my best friend got into a car accident, I think my heart would jump out of my chest, and I would try to keep myself calm, but still feeling very scared. Recently I read that there were 225 fatal crashes in Fort Lauderdale, with an estimated 1800 injured. If my friend was among that number, I don't think I would be making rational decisions as I would be overwhelmed with emotions. Especially if it were something very serious, maybe requiring neurosurgery to fix. How would you handle it, specially if the injuries where that serious? The Weather, It’s A Love Hate Thing
I was loving the weather over the weekend. I'm glad it was gorgeous for Mother's day, but now how I am hating it, it's cold, and over cast, no sun in sight. I'll have to wait for the weekend, as the weather is suppose to soar high like in the 80's on Friday or Saturday, so get your picnic, bathing suits and all that summer gear ready, and take advantage of it, just in case the clouds decide to come in and ruin the week hehe. I'm hoping to be able to go to the Drive-in with my sweetheart this weekend, since the weather reports seem to be good, hopefully it is going to be nice. I love drive-in's they are so much fun. Happy Mother’s Day To All The Lovelies!
Well let me begin by saying, I'm not a mother myself, although sometimes I wish it would of happened to me, but it just wasn't in the stars I suppose. I am an aunt and have seen my niece and nephews grow up to be wonderful adults. Now I am watching their kids grow up, so that would make me a grand aunt, wow that sounds old hehe. Right well being an auntie is as close as I got to be a mother. I recall one time, my mom and myself went to the mall with the kids, they were so cute and little, you know the terrible twos age around there anyway, and we were browsing in a store, and a lady at the counter said the kids were beautiful because they were/are *grin*, and she said you have beautiful kids, you know I loved the fact she thought they were mine, that I didn't say anything.
