I think the whole Biden administration has gone crazy, they are destroying this country. The gas prices are ridiculous, in a matter of a week, our gas went from $4.09 to $4.35, this is insane if it keeps going up that fast. They literally want to make us stop driving gas-fueled cars. I don't like talking about politics on this page but gosh sometimes I can't help it. Everyone is feeling this inflation, not only us here in the U.S.A. Every day I hear something new, and I am just left speechless, and all I can say now is hold on it is going to be a rough ride, we will have to put up with all this until Biden is out of office, God willing it is sooner than later. Blizzard Coming, Get Ready!
The news has said we have a blizzard coming in our area, due tonight at midnight. My concern is any stray cats that are out. I haven't seen any in the past few days, so I am praying they found somewhere to hold up, and are being fed. I feed them when I see them, mainly 2 cats I have named Lilo and Sammy. I don't know if you recall or not but Sammy started showing up about a year ago, and he is used to us feeding him, but as he grew older, he would start chasing off Lilo, whom I love a lot, he has been coming around for almost 3 years, still cannot pet him or get close enough, but he did know that we would feed him. Edit: Tonight at about 6:30 pm EST my husband spotted Lilo under the deck, I quickly made him a plate of food and my husband placed it under the deck. Happy birthday Jesus! Thank you for all that you have given me in my life. Merry Christmas everyone, I am so sorry I am late coming here to write a post, but here I am. We were going to spend our Christmas eve with my sister-in-law and her family, and then someone at my husband's work turned out getting COVID from his son and didn't notify the company until later. So now everyone is upset because it has changed their plan for Christmas. Now people can get angry, but in all honesty, this could be a blessing in disguise. The way I see it now is, our plans were altered for a reason. Only the good Lord knows why they were changed, anything could have happened, from an accident to gosh death, God forbid. Believe It Or Not!
I am getting my very first bible. I never had my own. I know as a kid, we did get to some Sunday schooling but that ended, not sure why. But I had a little pink book with a cross in a little window on the cover. I believe that was old testaments. To be honest I have no idea what happened to that. I sure wish I still had it. After I moved from my parent's home (after my mother, RIP, passed) I moved to England purely out of depression, not a great choice. I have things that I regret and that is one of them. Although on that same note the events that followed, lead me to my current husband. So as it is always said. God has a reason for everything. I truly believe that now, deeply in my heart. The End Of The Year Is Here!
Can you believe how fast this year has gone? And oh my goodness so much craziness going on. We really need our nation to heal. What is happening is unacceptable. I don't like talking about politics too much, but I just want the truth to come out, whatever it may be. God help us all. On a happier note. I am starting to see houses with Christmas lights, it is a time for cheer and we all need it badly. We aren't going to put up many lights this year, but we will be putting up a Christmas tree. We cannot have a real tree because we have cats, and if you have cats you shouldn't either. Please don't put a real tree, this is very dangerous for cats and dogs.
