Yeah, that is correct. Here I go again, trying to lose weight. I did it before, and things just went wrong. I finally got tired of being overweight, it happens to us all, but for me, I just had enough of it. I am tired of it. I don't feel well, well I do feel well, but my knees are bothering me. I am 5'1 small framed but I am way overweight, into the obese category sad to say I am 58 and I don't want to die because I am overweight. I am being brutally honest with you all here. Dieting and Me
So it has been a while since I posted. I have been super busy with some of my other websites, but now that I have that in order *yay* I can start blogging normally. So the last I posted about was the biggest loser, I’m not going to get into that, instead, I am going to briefly talk about my dieting, as the title suggests. In January 2014, I decided to finally fulfill one of my New Years' resolutions, I’m trying to do more than one but a big one that a lot of us have a hard time keeping up with is losing weight. So I dove right in. I found out what my calorie intake should be, it’s 1,660, and I have been doing wonderful.
