The last few days have been so nice, I wish that weather was happening over the weekend, so my honey can enjoy it, plus he has outside work he wants to do, and he hasn't been able to because of the rain, that comes every few days, blah. Happy Mother's Day! This is my 17th Mother's Day I will be missing without my mom, God Rest her soul, and may she be reunited with her parents and her cat Juliet. I miss her so much!! How Fast Did 2019 Arrive?
I would say warp speed. I felt as if it was just Christmas, and now it is almost the end of January, wow! Happy New Year! I hope your holiday was fun and memorable. I had a nice Christmas with my honey and his family, and then here at home with just us and the girls (our cats: Lily & Daisy). We had some snowfall last week, not a lot but it did make it very cold. Today is warmer so it is melting away. However, it is super windy and it does cause me concern. The last time we had strong winds a tree fell on our deck, and we would hate for that to happen again. The Hustle and Bustle
It is that time of the year, to get very busy. And I have been since November, hence why I haven't posted yet. But here I am posting about a video I just uploaded to YouTube. What is it? A haul, a huge haul. It actually consists of Christmas items, and some planner stickers and lots of DIY/Crafting items that I wanted/needed. My Mind Is In A Fog
I woke up at around 5 am to feed my girls, (Daisy and Lily) my cats, yes I am a fur mommy. They won't let you sleep if you don't tend to them. I love my girls though, so I am happy to get up and feed them. You rarely find one without the other, 2 peas in a pod :) I decide to stay up, as I had a couple of packages to get out to the post today, and since my fiance was going to the post office anyway I asked him to take it for me. Normally it would be an Ebay sale but this time it wasn't, it was a couple of prizes I needed to send out for winners in my YouTube channel giveaways. Hello September! Fall is Almost Here!
Nineteen days until the official first day of Fall! Wow, already so hard to believe. Just today I was looking out the kitchen window into the backyard and I saw a few leaves fall. I turned to William and told him, "I just saw a few leaves fall". He says "bite your tongue". Yeah, I don't think he is ready for Fall and to be quite honest, I'm not either. We are really enjoying our summer. During our Labor Day weekend, my honey as I like to refer to William spent some time doing some repairs to the house, not urgent repairs but things we wanted to fix, like our faucet in the bathroom needed replacing. We had recently had the bathroom redone, and by the way, it looks gorgeous. Back to the sink, yeah we used our old faucet and thought it was time for a new one, so a new went up.
