Oh yes, baby! One more day until my birthday ;) wow, it's come so fast, it was just William's birthday not too long ago, and now mine. Then Christmas will be here and then New Years', and before you know it, it'll be Valentine's. Yes, that's how fast it all goes. Gosh, where does the time go? Does time really speed up as you get older? So I woke up this morning groggy as always lol, but then realize it's like 60 something today, although the temperature is supposed to drop. I poked my head out the door as William left for work, and I can feel the warmth in the air, I was like wow! It won't last but it was nice. New Moon, Star Trek!
I meant to post yesterday, but then a lot came up and I didn't get to. So now I am doing it late in the day lol. My title is about films, so many coming out and have came out. Star Trek for one, The Plan, New Moon! All I plan to see, but tonight I will be seeing Star Trek, yippie! Oh and my birthday is like 2 weeks away, and I'm excited, because lots of special things are going to happen, well I hope *wink* but yes I am very excited about all these films coming out, I am a big Battlestar Galactica fan, so The Plan is going to be awesome, and well who don't like Star Trek? Losing A Loved One
Losing a loved one is a difficult time to go through. I lost my mother in 2001, I lost my cat Juliet in 2005, and now I am going to suffer another loss. Although I wasn't with him as long as his owner, I spent quite a bit of time with him, and we bonded. In one of my previous posts, I posted some photos of 'Pupa Bear' a beautiful Black Labrador. We just recently had a visit to the vet because he had not been himself, eating habit and all, everything started changing. Well we had the visit, and we got some really bad news, he was diagnosed with kidney failure, he is 13 years old though. He's had a lovely long life, William's father had him for 9 years, and William 4 years, I had him in my life for only a few months, but in those months gosh it feels like he's been a part of my life from the time he was a puppy. Happy Father’s Day
I know this is a day early, but I wanted to wish all the Father's out there a very Happy Fathers Day. I am not very close with my father, and there has been issues in the past, so I can't say I look forward to this day, although I am thankful to him and my mother for bringing me into this world. I know people are probably thinking "you aren't sounding very grateful" so all I can say to that is "you don't know the history, so until you do keep your yapper shut" lol. Anyway as I said Happy Father's Day to everyone, even those ladies out there that have to be the Father and the Mother to their children. I Feel Broken
I really do feel broken, sometimes broken hearts do that. Anyway I won't bore you with all those dumb little details. I'll bore you with other stuff :P So over on Pixelfx.org I finally gave it a face lift, just a quicky. I put up wordpress and finally got rid of that ghastly layout I had before. I'm really glad to its really really over due. Getting to work on the tutorials will wait a bit, because recently my hosting has gone haywire and has messed up all my listings, every single one, down to the cliques. So now my job is to convert, before I even learned to covert I was in such a panic lol. I mean I did go to codegrrl forum for help since the official Enthusiast forum is there, but the replies were slow, and I was desperate to get my stuff converted as I seen no other solution to my problem.
