What do I mean by back on track? Well as you can see I haven't posted anything since May, and that was an unfinished post. Why is that? Honestly just life, and the fact I didn't want to hold myself accountable for the weight I put back on. And yes I did put it all back on, all 100 lbs, sad right :( It is sad because I had hoped that wouldn't have happened. Read my past posts to understand why. It is October, and there is a lot going on. Last year and this year has been pretty crazy for us here. Back in April, we had some bad weather, and a tree fell on part of our deck, it really only took out the stairs, thank goodness. We never expected this tree to fall it completely took out our stairs going to the back yard, to date we have not had it rebuilt as other things came up. Hello September! Fall is Almost Here!
Nineteen days until the official first day of Fall! Wow, already so hard to believe. Just today I was looking out the kitchen window into the backyard and I saw a few leaves fall. I turned to William and told him, "I just saw a few leaves fall". He says "bite your tongue". Yeah, I don't think he is ready for Fall and to be quite honest, I'm not either. We are really enjoying our summer. During our Labor Day weekend, my honey as I like to refer to William spent some time doing some repairs to the house, not urgent repairs but things we wanted to fix, like our faucet in the bathroom needed replacing. We had recently had the bathroom redone, and by the way, it looks gorgeous. Back to the sink, yeah we used our old faucet and thought it was time for a new one, so a new went up. Bad Weather, Renovations, Where Is Spring?
The weather has really been overwhelming. I know in my last post, I posted about a diet, that we just couldn't start, due to recent events. Seriously, who has time? Honestly, losing weight was the furthest thing on my mind. Some would say, you have to make time. Well, my answer to that is, you are not me, do what's good for you, and I will do the same! Anywho, this all takes a toll. The bathroom that is being renovated, well it is done, it just needs a paint job, and a couple of things here and there before but is 100% done. I have to say, I am happy to kind of have the house back. Next, on the agenda is tackling my craft room. That is going to be fun. It's not really just a craft room.
