So the terrible hurricane has passed, and left it's destruction. I want to briefly talk about this, okay I think that's enough now lol, just kidding. No really we even lost our power for a few hours. I can't imagine what others are going through. We got ice, and prepared ourselves. IMHO, I think it's better to be prepared than to get caught without your pants down so to speak. Seriously I'm happy we were prepared, because you just never know. From what I heard, I can't remember how but at least 30 some people lost their lives, gosh that's horrible :(, my loving William still has no phone or internet at his work, sure they got electricity, but can you imagine how hard it is to run a business with those two missing services. Where Is Summer?
This year, summer has been really goofy, the weather constantly changing. We seem to be getting a lot of tropical storms here, one day its gorgeously beautiful, the next its humid and icky, and then its raining, and cool. What a combination. I'm okay but gosh I would really love to see some normal summer weather (minus the humidity) lol. So we had this great weekend planned, but there was somethings that came up that were well priority really, so that had to be cancelled, funny enough it rains today. But it was going to be a Friday - Saturday thing, I'm not going to say what, but I know it was going to be so much fun. But you know I love my William so much, and am 100% supportive of his work, that I know these things will come up. Two Years, Wow!
Happy Anniversary to us!! That is right, it's our 2nd anniversary, since that wonderful day that I said I would be his. Hehe, yeah we are going there, mushiness, just a tad bit, I won't over do it. I am one lucky girl to have met such a great guy like William. My choice of men in the past haven't been the best, but I guess a lot of us girls say that, I guess the guys say that too lol. Well I'm really lucky, William is everything I have wanted in a guy. I realise no one is perfect, far be it that I try to even pass as being perfect. But hey I'm happy, he makes me happy and I sure hope I make him happy. So Happy Anniversary baby! So he has half a day today, the company does a nice like potluck type thing at his work. Um Summer Yet?
Well seems like Spring just sprung right past us, with the way the weather has been, you can't tell what season it is lol. I love all the seasons, but I would like some summer weather, I know William is getting tired of the rain and cold. This past weekend though has been really beautiful, today it's lovely outside, so is it really summer finally? Oh gosh I hope so. I'm not a big fan of humidity and I know summer brings it here, some days can be tolerable, but there are some days that I just plain refuse to go out, I will turn around and just walk back in the house lol, no I'm kidding, I won't because I don't need an argument or to have William upset with me, I just become a grump until the a/c in the truck is running and I'm cooled off :D I'm then a happy camper. Where Is She??
Where is mother nature? Oh yeah she's been making it rain. The weather has really been horrible, I can't believe it's almost mid May and it's still over cast and raining, off and on. This whole week it's suppose to be cloudy and rainy possibly. I'm cold, as I sit here typing my blog post. I am here sitting, thinking, when is this weather going to change, ugh!!! Lol. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to seem like I'm complaining all the time, maybe just need to vent because I'm cold lol. Yeah that could be it hehe.
