My birthday was 6 days ago, it was really nice because I spent it with the person I wanted to spend it with, my husband. My gosh, it's so weird calling William, my husband. But at the same time, a dream come true. I may not have had a big ideal wedding, but I am happy, and that is what counts. My mother passed away quite a few years ago, so it wouldn't have been the same. I won't lie, I would have wanted a bigger wedding, it just didn't happen and well that is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. I have the perfect husband, and I will take that over a big wedding any day. He gave me a gorgeous bracelet for my birthday! Hello September! Fall is Almost Here!
Nineteen days until the official first day of Fall! Wow, already so hard to believe. Just today I was looking out the kitchen window into the backyard and I saw a few leaves fall. I turned to William and told him, "I just saw a few leaves fall". He says "bite your tongue". Yeah, I don't think he is ready for Fall and to be quite honest, I'm not either. We are really enjoying our summer. During our Labor Day weekend, my honey as I like to refer to William spent some time doing some repairs to the house, not urgent repairs but things we wanted to fix, like our faucet in the bathroom needed replacing. We had recently had the bathroom redone, and by the way, it looks gorgeous. Back to the sink, yeah we used our old faucet and thought it was time for a new one, so a new went up. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
I thought I would quickly post a Happy St. Patricks Day! I am not Irish, but my honey is part Irish, his grandmother is full blooded Irish though. I hope you all enjoy the day, please don't drink and drive. I know those green beers are so very tempting but we must exercise control :) and also, don't text and drive, not a good mix. What a Crazy, Busy, Happy Week/Month!
Wow, so my birthday was last week, in case anyone forgot lol. Which probably some did. Others can give 2 shits, but whatever *rolls eyes*. I had a very nice birthday week, online and offline. My honey always made it so special, all week long, bless his little heart! And my 2 girls, Daisy and Lily, they showered me with love, but that is an everyday thing, and I return the love as well. My honey asked me if I wanted to go to Olive Garden for my birthday dinner, but instead, we had Chinese, as it has been a long time since we had any. While we were out, we stopped at our favorite Chinese restaurant, China Lake in Somerset, Massachusetts. OH EM GEE, amazing food. It’s My Birthday Week – Weee Yay!
It came so quick, I wasn't even thinking. My birthday week really should have started Monday, but since Monday was still November, it didn't feel like it much. Now that it is December 1st, it does lol, even though it is only 3 days away, wow right? So much for a weeks worth of birthday stuff haha. I know a few people that have a birthday this week, well this month actually. I told a Facebook friend, I should change it to birthday month but that is getting to be too much. By the time we are into the 3rd week of December, no one is thinking birthdays anymore, it is all about Christmas :) Speaking of this year we are going to Boston I think for Christmas dinner, which won't be on Christmas it will be like the week before, we have been doing that for a few years now.
