Wow here it is again. Friday! TGIF!! My sister texted me last night, said she arrived early to San Francisco, they are there for today's pre-season football game against Denver Broncos, Go 49ers!!! I hope she has a fantastic time, and that she returns home safely! I don't have much of a weekend planned, watch a good film perhaps, do some laundry, help clean out a closet. Sounds like fun don't it? I was just on Sodahead, and read this lovely poem that a mother dedicated to her Down Syndrome Daughter, I have to post it, it's just beautiful, it brought a tear to my eyes. I also posted the original post, in case someone was curious who wrote it. Down Syndrome Creed My face may be different but my feelings the same I laugh and I cry. I take pride in my gains. Everything Changes
I've never been surprised at how things change so suddenly. Take the weather for instance. I was in bliss for a few days of the cool, fresh weather, then the muggyness comes back, lol. Although I'm not use to it, I will and am getting use to it. Oh hey did I say I changed the theme, yay. Finally got it as I wanted, although I really wanted 3 columns but hey it's a really cute one I feel. My friend asked me why don't I make my own, I said "Because I don't have the time" and that is 100 percent truth! I deal with it. I'm not really complaining, just something to talk about lol. Oh football season is going to start soon, I am excited about that, Go Steelers, Go 49ers, Go Patriots, I know I like 3 teams, nothing wrong with that :) Speaking of sports, the Boston Red Sox finally won last night, yay on that. I'm happy to see them win, Jonathan Continue Reading
Feeling 100%
Gosh I am so glad, I am finally back at 100%, not sure what I had, but it pretty much lasted all week. Thank you everyone for putting up with it. Even the weather has been so lovely. Since first coming to Massachusetts, it's been really muggy, like nothing I've ever experienced before. From what I am told, I came during the time that it is the muggiest, some luck hey? hehe. Well now it's nice, not sure how long this gorgeous weather will be here, but I welcome it. Come September, it'll get cooler, I've never experienced a winter here, but I'm told it's "very" cold *shivers* lol. I've gotten into this great tv series by the name of Dexter, not the cartoon, I think one of my readers at one time thought I was talking about the cartoon, but it's a crime type of show. Where a forensics splatter expert is actually a serial killer, but he Continue Reading
