I weighed myself and was happy to see I lost 3.6 lbs, yay. I was super excited. I hate yo-yo-ing, but what am what do I to do? Just keep going forward. I am still eating meals from Weight Watchers, Smart Ones, and Healthy Choice, I’m really liking Healthy Choice a lot more, but Weight Watchers has some nice meals too, Smart Ones continue to be a bit boring, but I can’t be too choosy right? I am now seeing more of a change in my body, which makes me so happy, I’ve come a long way to finally be here. Throughout my entire life, I had tried losing weight but was never able to achieve what I wanted and I didn’t understand why. I thought hmm maybe I have a thyroid problem, but it’s evident now, that is not the problem. It was obviously my eating habits. Shopping, Diet, Summer, Drive-In
Let's begin with shopping, we had a long day today shopping, it was needed to be done, and I didn't want William doing it alone, so I told him I'd go with him. Normally, he'll pick up things on his way from work, but it's Saturday, we did want to go to the movies, but now I think we are both pooped out and just want to relax and stay home. Enough with the hustle and bustle. Now to find something exciting and entertaining to watch tonight. Perhaps RoboCop, it's out on DVD ;) So I am still on my diet from keto pure diet - is the keto diet safe?, yes losing weight slowly, seems like I yo-yo sometimes though, kind of frustrating, but surprisingly sticking with it, in the past I probably would of gave up, but not now. Weigh-in #10 *sigh*
So I weighed in this morning, before heading out to do some grocery shopping! I gained 1 lb, I know I seem to be yo-yo-ing!! I was a little disappointed, but during the week I told myself I’d probably gain, I didn’t exactly cheat, and I wouldn’t say that I stayed within my calories, on some days I came under my calorie count, it made me happy, it gave me that cushion, for just in case, I guess it wasn’t enough cushion. I am not pointing fingers at anyone at all! This is all on me, I take full responsibility for gaining anything, BUT lol, Williams's mom makes some awesome lasagna I do watch how much I eat and still try to enjoy a nice meal, but the temptation can be unbearable sometimes.
