Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover!

February 4, 2012 by Emily 1 Comment

This has been said over and over again. Judging people before even getting to know them. That really get's to me, but you know on that same note, I think in some way or another we all do it, instinctively when we meet someone, we haven't got to know them or anything, but right away we are judging if we like this person or not! Why do we do this? I don't know, but I'm sure there are plenty of explanations out there as to why. I was watching Big Brother Celebrity this season, I just love those reality TV shows, not all of them, but most I do, it's the drama that makes me laugh to be quite honest. Well anyway the celebrities were being introduced one by one, the second celebrity to go in was Andrew Stone, my first impression is, he's full of himself, and thinks he can get all the girls, and I thought he probably can. He's a good Continue Reading

Love Is In The Air, Or Is It?!

February 1, 2012 by Emily 1 Comment

It's February, that means you will see everything and anything that has to do with Valentine's, I know some over do it, but some look so forward to this day, only to be disappointed if it doesn't come out as they'd hoped. And that is exactly why you shouldn't expect to much. I feel it's better that you don't so that you aren't disappointed in the end. The last thing one wants is a constant reminder of how bad Valentine's went for them. So I am not going to expect much, but hugs and kisses from my one and only William! As long as he is in my life, I am happy :) What really gets to me is when I start seeing blogs or twitter posts of people that absolutely hate Valentine's. Makes me wonder what happened in their life to make them feel that way. Were they dumped, did their significant other break it off with them on a day like Valentine's Continue Reading

When Is It A Good Time To Cut Your Hair?

January 26, 2012 by Emily 3 Comments

When is it? I have pondered that question for a number of years, when is long too long? I really don't know, I think it's up to the individual. I was doing laundry this morning, I put my clothing into the dryer and went to have a seat. I sit down, and then move to adjust myself, just to get my head pulled back!! I'm thinking "What the frig?", again my hair was caught between my back and the back of the chair. So very annoying. This has happened on many occasions. Believe me, its quite irritating. I got a hair transplant some years ago, for many years I was wondering about hair transplant costs, I saw that it wasn't so expensive so I got one laser treatment to remove hair, but since then I haven't cut my hair because I'm scare it will not grow back. Check out for detauls of Laser hair removal at Continue Reading

Rant On Twitter!

January 8, 2012 by Emily Leave a Comment

I had a nice big fat rant on twitter today. Really it wasn't all that big, I'm exaggerating. But that's what I usually do when something goes wrong that shouldn't. RANT ALERT: Fair warning, there is cursing in my post today, and I really don't care. I'm made and it makes me feel better to express it here. This past week. William had some work done on his truck. He took it in, because a dashboard light was coming on that shouldn't. Okay cool. So after about a day or two of finding out what's going to happen. He finally says, he needs to take it in, and they will have it for just about that whole day. Now I know mechanics get busy, but just make sure you do the damn work, you know? Ok so he gets it back. A day or two pass, it's Sunday morning. He goes out to get us a Sunday paper. Takes kind of long, I start to worry as usual. Continue Reading

30 Days of Truth: Day 1

30 Days Of Truth

OK so I finally got around to doing a meme, these memes can take up to a month to do, because they have a post for each item that you will talk about. I've never done one before, but I thought it would be fun to do it, plus it gives me a chance to share some info about myself. This them is called 30 Days of Truth, self explanatory, you talk about yourself, in all sense of the truth. I will try my best hehe. Ok so the questions are below. If you want to follow along, then please do. I found this meme here, here, and here. I won't do one everyday, but I will keep them in order hehe. Day 1: Something you hate about yourself. Day 2: Something you love about yourself. Day 3: Something you have to forgive yourself for. Day 4: Something you have to forgive someone for. Day 5: Something you hope to do in your life. Day 6: Something you Continue Reading
