Goodbye October, Hello November, it is sweater and boots season, yay! I love sweater season, it is fun to just get bundled up for the cold season. Last week it had been raining off and on, very dreary weather, but today it was sunny but chilly, we went out to the mall, walked around, stopped into Bath and Body Works, picked up some goodies, I will be doing a haul video for it hopefully next few days! I have to be honest, since moving to Massachusetts, I never went into a Bath and Body Works shop, I would usually just order online,but this year I asked my honey, if we could, and he agreed, and got a few candles, really happy with our purchases! Solar Color Dust Haul
I recently decided to make a purchase from SolarColorDust.com, they sell so many awesome products. I decided on the glow dust, as you can see below! I didn't get a large order, as I wasn't sure what the product would be like. This is how I got them, they are about a tablespoons worth, I was able to transfer them to containers, just the right size. I took another photo of them with low lighting, you can see how neonish they are, they also glow in the dark, so cool! They are pretty cool I think, very chalky feeling actually. I hope to be able to make a glitter glow-in-the-darl mix for halloween, that would be so much fun! I was going to post a picture of each individual one, oh heck why not lol. Happy July! Summer is Here, Yay!
It's finally here, summer! We have been waiting for a what seems like a long time, to finally get that awesome summer weather. I am so so happy. No more being cold, although it will get humid, and I'll have just one more thing to complain about lol :P Our 5th anniversary is coming up in a few days, gosh I can't believe it's been 5 years already, and we aren't even married, but we are engaged, I told that story already :) But it is exciting to see how long we've been together, and how strong our relationship still it, at least it appears like that to me. And I think to him as well. I hope he is happy, I'm sure things aren't 100% perfect, but I think I make him happy, and that is what really counts in the end. Happy Mother’s Day 2014
Here it is again, another year without my mother, God Rest Her Soul. I miss her like crazy, there is so much I wish I could of shared with her. I know she is looking over all of us. But, yes there is a but, but having her physically would of been great. I would of loved to take her out to lunch, make this day so very special for her. It is special, I had an amazing mother, she did the best she could. I love her for giving me life. I will always miss her, she is often in my thoughts and even in my dreams from time to time. I love you always mom! I also wanted to mention my sister and her partner that also stepped in as mother figures, they adopted 3 children that are full grown now and moved on with their families.
