Can you believe how fast this year has gone? And oh my goodness so much craziness going on. We really need our nation to heal. What is happening is unacceptable. I don't like talking about politics too much, but I just want the truth to come out, whatever it may be. God help us all. On a happier note. I am starting to see houses with Christmas lights, it is a time for cheer and we all need it badly. We aren't going to put up many lights this year, but we will be putting up a Christmas tree. We cannot have a real tree because we have cats, and if you have cats you shouldn't either. Please don't put a real tree, this is very dangerous for cats and dogs. So Much Going On In The World
I get this COVID-19 has flipped all our lives upside down. But 2020 doesn't seem to stop with these bad surprised that keep popping up. It has to be one of the worst years in history, I could be wrong, but in my history, it is lol. I am very disappointed in 2 companies. Probably more but I'll just chat about 2. Walmart - we are signed up for unlimited free delivery, and I have been taking full advantage of that. The delivery drivers have been for the most part on top of the game with the exception of 2 deliveries where they delivered to the front door instead of the side door as specified in my orders. But they are filled correctly and very happy with how they have picked out my produce. My issue today is the web browsers and app not allowing me to get through check out. It Truly Is Fall In MA!
Here are a few pictures of the backyard and how full of leaves it gets. It is chilly today and I am actually wearing jeans and a 3/4 sleeve top, I have my hair down. I usually wear it up during the summer but it keeps my back warm. That is the best part of having long hair. The cat in the picture is Lilo, he is a stray I feed, love him, and would love to be his new mommy. Actually, I think he may be a she. So sometimes I call her Lilo, sometimes I call her Lila lol. I thought maybe the name Molly, but that reminds me of someone that was not so very nice to me. I can't tell if it is a boy or a girl. I can't get close enough, and the tail is down all the time LOL. Check or No Check Is the Question!
The big question on many of our minds is 'Will there be another stimulus check?' I don't know, but with what I have been reading in the paper, and seeing on the news it sure looks like it may happen. COVID-19 is affecting millions of people, many of you may never hear about them, but they are out there and they need help. A lot of people are hoping there is a 2nd stimulus check with all these businesses that have permanently closed, and millions that have lost their jobs, people need money to buy food, pay bills, etc. I stumbled onto this article on Forbes about the 'Second Stimulus' check, I found it interesting and gives those in need hope, the possibility of a recurring direct stimulus check would be a godsend for many, but will it happen? So Much Going On, So Fast
Yes, that is how it happens. Just from my last post so much has happened that is just incredibly scary. Even though it is scary, this CoronaVirus, we HAVE TO exercise what President Trump is trying to do. It pisses me off to see these people in Florida and who see what is happening and yet still find that it is "OK" to go to the beach like nothing is happening. Really? WTF people, get your asses home! The other issue is pet owners surrendering their pets because they either can't feed them, hello they are part of your family, how can you do that to them.
