There Seems To Be No End To Things

May 12, 2022 by Emily Leave a Comment

I am just going to try to do a little catch-up since my last post. I think there is a lot of the same going on in my life. I am working on my little reselling business. I am trying to get into doing some transcription or captioning work. I am waiting to hear back from therm, but meanwhile, I continue with reselling and look into other companies for transcribing/captioning. We'll see how that goes. I am up to date with my fanlistings, I have backed off on making more of those, on the contrary, I want to close some, some that I have had, and are not having many members. Sometimes I lose interest, but then that interest peaks again. I recently picked up a mechanical keyboard that lights up when I type, it is pretty cute. It is pretty easy to get used to it, after typing on a whisper-quiet keyboard. I originally wanted the pink one but Continue Reading

What is Biden doing? He is insane!

March 12, 2022 by Emily Leave a Comment

I think the whole Biden administration has gone crazy, they are destroying this country. The gas prices are ridiculous, in a matter of a week, our gas went from $4.09 to $4.35, this is insane if it keeps going up that fast. They literally want to make us stop driving gas-fueled cars. I don't like talking about politics on this page but gosh sometimes I can't help it. Everyone is feeling this inflation, not only us here in the U.S.A. Every day I hear something new, and I am just left speechless, and all I can say now is hold on it is going to be a rough ride, we will have to put up with all this until Biden is out of office, God willing it is sooner than later. Some of you may not like what I have to say but it is what it is. Changing subjects, it is raining today when we went out shopping, and I just got 2 amazon packages and I look Continue Reading

Blizzard Coming, Get Ready!

January 28, 2022 by Emily Leave a Comment

The news has said we have a blizzard coming in our area, due tonight at midnight. My concern is any stray cats that are out. I haven't seen any in the past few days, so I am praying they found somewhere to hold up, and are being fed. I feed them when I see them, mainly 2 cats I have named Lilo and Sammy. I don't know if you recall or not but Sammy started showing up about a year ago, and he is used to us feeding him, but as he grew older, he would start chasing off Lilo, whom I love a lot, he has been coming around for almost 3 years, still cannot pet him or get close enough, but he did know that we would feed him. Edit: Tonight at about 6:30 pm EST my husband spotted Lilo under the deck, I quickly made him a plate of food and my husband placed it under the deck. I hope he eats it all, I have a cat house under the deck but it is not Continue Reading

Happy New Year! 2022!

January 3, 2022 by Emily Leave a Comment

Here we are into 2022. I pray that this year is better for everyone worldwide. The last 2 years have not been that great, it is insane how much time has gone by since things have gone wacko. I don't know what other way to put it. Our Christmas was nice, at home together. I enjoyed my husband's time off from work, and I know he needed it so much, he works hard, and a lot. So vacation is precious to him. I think he enjoyed it very much. I spent my time updating my fanlisting script on both my fanlisting collective and my web directory, so they are done, with a few minor issues but fully running. I am happy about that. I had also cut down on some fanlistings and applied for a few more. I may close a few more as well, I have a few ideas. It is time now to get back to listing and selling things again as I was doing before the Continue Reading

Happy Birthday, Jesus

December 27, 2021 by Emily Leave a Comment

Happy birthday Jesus! Thank you for all that you have given me in my life. Merry Christmas everyone, I am so sorry I am late coming here to write a post, but here I am. We were going to spend our Christmas eve with my sister-in-law and her family, and then someone at my husband's work turned out getting COVID from his son and didn't notify the company until later. So now everyone is upset because it has changed their plan for Christmas. Now people can get angry, but in all honesty, this could be a blessing in disguise. The way I see it now is, our plans were altered for a reason. Only the good Lord knows why they were changed, anything could have happened, from an accident to gosh death, God forbid. We had a very nice quiet Christmas at home with our 2 cats. When I think about cats, I think about the 2 outside cats that I Continue Reading
