The Weather, It’s A Love Hate Thing

May 15, 2012 by Emily Leave a Comment

I was loving the weather over the weekend. I'm glad it was gorgeous for Mother's day, but now how I am hating it, it's cold, and over cast, no sun in sight. I'll have to wait for the weekend, as the weather is suppose to soar high like in the 80's on Friday or Saturday, so get your picnic, bathing suits and all that summer gear ready, and take advantage of it, just in case the clouds decide to come in and ruin the week hehe. I'm hoping to be able to go to the Drive-in with my sweetheart this weekend, since the weather reports seem to be good, hopefully it is going to be nice. I love drive-in's they are so much fun. Don't have to worry too much about people yapping behind you or in front of you :) Speaking of hating things, William emailed me a list of TV shows that have been cancelled, and I am truly disappointed in some of the shows Continue Reading

Happy Mother’s Day To All The Lovelies!

May 13, 2012 by Emily 1 Comment

Well let me begin by saying, I'm not a mother myself, although sometimes I wish it would of happened to me, but it just wasn't in the stars I suppose. I am an aunt and have seen my niece and nephews grow up to be wonderful adults. Now I am watching their kids grow up, so that would make me a grand aunt, wow that sounds old hehe. Right well being an auntie is as close as I got to be a mother. I recall one time, my mom and myself went to the mall with the kids, they were so cute and little, you know the terrible twos age around there anyway, and we were browsing in a store, and a lady at the counter said the kids were beautiful because they were/are *grin*, and she said you have beautiful kids, you know I loved the fact she thought they were mine, that I didn't say anything. It was a really nice feeling, apart from that the kids would call Continue Reading

Incredible Custom Home Architect

May 4, 2012 by Emily Leave a Comment

I have many times wanted to visit Florida, specifically city of Boca Raton, I have heard great things about it. My boyfriends father lives in Florida, not sure what part though, that's a whole other story as to why I don't know lol. But yeah we have had conversations about living there, but honestly I'm not a big fan of humidity, but hey if it's anything like it is here, then I will be fine :) So I told him yeah it would be a good place to retire (not that we are ready for that yet) lol. But it's good to do a little planning. So I told him, it would be amazing to be able to have our very own custom home architect, and have the house designed for us. He thought yeah that would be pretty amazing, so he may be up for it, when the time comes. Imagine having your house built the way you want it, you can even put in a panic room, or a secret Continue Reading

Awesome Camera Equipment Rental

February 25, 2012 by Emily Leave a Comment

Ok I love to take photos, I first started with just my mobile camera, and it took horrible photos, but once in a while I would get some cool shots. I just wanted to capture as much as I could through my lens. My boyfriend always asked me 'why do you take photographs of trees' lol, well because one of them is going to come out so cool, and I don't want to miss it, I want to remember things, as I continue through my life. Then I got an iPod and used it, but since it don't have a flash, that can only take good photos if the lighting is bright enough inside, or out, yeah cloudy days are not that great if you don't have the right equipment to use. Speaking of equipment, there is this fabulous place in Miami, Splashlight Miami, has an enormous 8000 sq. ft. property includes a Miami photo studio rental, an extensive equipment rental center, Continue Reading
