Camping

September 27, 2006 by Emily Leave a Comment

Well we still haven't found a bike I wanted, I seen a few online I liked, and tried a few in person, but still nothing. My partner went back to work yesterday, and said she'd look around there, since there are many shops, and when I go up there if she hasn't found something, during her time off we'd go looking around, and bring it back here. I'm excited, but at the same time I want something that is going to feel just right. In Oct we plan on going camping, I know whether might be horrible, but its the last one of the season, and my partner has wanted to go for a while, so we will be going, it will be a weekend trip and hopefully we get a nice spot. I called today to make reservations and all, so I am excited and I know my partner will be too. I am amazed at the plugin I installed for spam on here, it works incredibly, even though Continue Reading

Can’t Sleep

September 24, 2006 by Emily 1 Comment

It's one of those night/mornings, when you've done so much that day that you're exhausted, but then when you finally go to bed you can't sleep. We got home today and I was very happy to be home, we had a nice dinner, watched some TV and cuddled, then it was bedtime, and I just couldn't sleep and look at what time it is, ugh, I dislike so much when this happens to me, so I wait about 30 mins until she is fast asleep and I come out to either watch TV, read or get online to try to get sleepy, so I thought why not write up a quick post. I spent the last 2 days in London, had a nice time, earlier today we went out to bicycle shops to check some bikes, I realized today I am a short shit lol, I need a 15 inch bike, I'm short stuff huh? lol. Well anyway seen a few, tried to ride a 17 and that's when I discovered I can't ride a 17, I had to Continue Reading

The Leak

September 19, 2006 by Emily 1 Comment

Thats right, my downstairs neighbor "Robert" is really a prick in all honesty. He is a drunk, and has not respect for anyone he lives hear. We had a minor problem recently at the flat. When we were first here, the downstair neighbor left us a welcome letter/leak problem. And up until today it had been a problem. Well, what happened is, this building was restored, beautiful old victorian house, just absolutely gorgeous. We loved it, heck thats why we are here. Anyway, the letter, stated there was a bit of a leak problem coming from our bathroom. So we decided to try to get a hold of the builders and see what they did wrong. Well trying to get a hold of that person was a nightmare. So Robert decided to take it into his own hands, and call a plumber, which was cool, I made myself available for this person to come in and check on things. So Continue Reading

A Difference

September 17, 2006 by Emily Leave a Comment

I know that I had password protected the previous post because it was very personal and didn't want a whole lot of people reading it, but if you are curious by all means email me or let me know and I'll give you the password, but if you are not interested in my life then don't bother asking me :) The difference in my subject title, is a bit reflective on the previous post. Let's just say that she did the right thing, and if it wasn't for that I would of completely given up on everything (relationship related) That really sums it up, most probably don't know what I mean but thats okay also. So she (my partner) has gone back to work, so I am here alone, able to reflect on things of the past few days, I do feel better about things. Yesterday we spent a marvelous day at The Abbey in Battle. We went walking around the abbey inside and Continue Reading
