Looks like it's finally that time of the year, when the Holidays roll in and just pop up one after another. Are you ready? I'm not sure if I am. I think I am. I've gotten a head start on getting Williams Christmas gifts so I'm happy with that, his birthday passed in October so that is taken care of. First is Thanksgiving, we aren't making our own, we're going to his Uncles/Aunts house for Thanksgiving dinner. I have never been there, so it'll be a new experience for me. My first year here in MA, I spent at home with William, we made our own lovely Thanksgiving dinner, I enjoyed that very much. The second year, we spent at his Mothers, and this year will be at his Uncle/Aunts, so it's been pretty fun. I still feel like an outsider, but that's just me. He had a nice family. Oh No Not Static!
Well I've been gone for a good while. I guess that means I either didn't have much to say, was way too busy, or just lazy about blogging. I'll leave that up to you :) Today I experienced a true cold Fall/Winter day. It was so cold the heater popped on, and I was glad because I was freezing. My hands get dry, the moisture is gone in them, so I need to keep a bottle of lotion near my desk, and remember to put lotion after I wash my hands each time. I don't know if that happens to others, because if I don't I will have no grip when it comes to holding on to the rail as I go down or up stairs. Plus I attract more static cling that I want. Oh NOO I hate static cling, I regularly get zapped when I touch a light switch or a lamp. I will not be liking that about winter. Meme’s Are Us
I have noticed bloggers have been doing meme's lately, thus giving them something more to write about, when they get a writers block, which happens a lot to me as well. Being that the meme started on March 1, I think I will wait until April 1 to begin mine. The topic is 30 DAYS OF TRUTH, which will be interesting and also difficult to do, as I'm a very private person. But next month I will try to go through with it heh. Why did I talk about it now? Hello March
And with March here now, are we going to see some lovely warm weather? I hope so. As I look through the window I see the sun casting some love onto the house, yes some nice sunlight, ahh I can just imagine how warm it feels on my skin. I am looking forward to the warmer days ahead! Then before you know it, I'll be complaining about how hot it is lol. So I've been doing my eBay thing, not only selling, but buying a few things as well. And honestly one thing that really pisses me off is that fact people don't like to mention that something runs a smaller size than the actual size. I mean how hard it is to be 100% honest with someone, that just really gets to me. Lose Track Of Time
I think this happens to us all. We want to accomplish so much in a day, maybe even make a list of what you want to do, but for some reason, you get sidetracked and there goes your goals for the day. This has happened to me over and over, time and time again. I can't get my head around it, makes me kind of mad. Especially when there are things I really want to get done. If it isn't a phone call it's a text, if it isn't that, it's a message online, if not that, then some other type of distraction. I mean honestly it seems like time gets shorter as we get older, because at the end of the day, nothing seems to get done, it's aggravating! So I'm very happy, we finally decided to break down and get cable, we were holding out for FIOS TV but it didn't ever seem to get here, so no going back now.
