Giveaways, Contests yay!

October 19, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

Well no i'm not doing a giveaway or a contest, but hey it's a thought for the future. My personal blog is just that a personal online diary for myself. If anyone reads it great, and if not so be it. Although I do post to my other two websites, because I like to keep them active. But the reason for the title is, that I read one of my friends tweets on Twitter, and I thought to myself, that is exactly what I feel. It was basically saying that the person wa really into contests and all. I am too into them suddenly, I don't know maybe I am feeling a lucky streak? Perhaps. Well just recently I won two contests, and I think it was about two months ago I won another. So it's pretty exciting. I remember the last time I won a giveaway on a website, was while I was in England. I won a book, it was so much fun, I loved the book but when I Continue Reading

Hurricane Alert – Dud!!

Front of Lizzie's House

Yeah I'm so not use to bad winter weather, so when William told me there would be a hurricane coming toward us, I got excited lol, I know I'm weird :shy: I got equally excited when we got the blizzard last winter, I actually expected more, but it was still fun being outside in knee deep snow woohoo go us! Anyway about the hurricane, I was reading the weather bug on my mobile phone, and I looked at my twitter and Dustin Pari said that it is more like a Tropical Storm  I was bummed but then I seen nothing of a sort, some rain, lots of mugginess and that is about all. Bummer, but on that same note, glad we didn't get one, because that usually ends with damage to someone's house, and that isn't fun, so I am happy it didn't happen either. So today looks beautiful and there is a little bit of mugginess but i'm sure it will be okay. It's Continue Reading

Missing In Action!?

July 10, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

Haha kind of. I have been super busy. I had Alice over for a few weeks, so I kind of slacked on a lot of things. Like blogging, I think I got one in like when she first arrived, but after that it was impossible. Anyway I am here and going to continue on now. So what's happened lately? Well I had a decent 4th of July, the weather has been brutal, today it seems a bit cooler, some rain has come to visit us. Other than that, trying to get back into the routine as before. The room has been sorted a bit more, there are still boxes of things that need to be sorted, but I feel we will need another book case, as there are some of Williams books that need to be put somewhere. I've started doing Sponsored tweets, really cool you should check it out. The money trickles in very slowly because they are tweets and you make cents not dollars lol. Hey Continue Reading

OMG A Whole Year!

July 1, 2010 by Emily 1 Comment

How can he stand it? I've been here in his face, for a whole year. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad thing, it's a good thing. I've been here in MA since about 2 am July 1, 2009. I remember arriving late, and after William picked me up at the airport, he asked "Do you want to see Fenway Park" Hah! You don't even need to ask, I'm all over that. Well it was 2 am so there wasn't much happening there hehe. I still wanted to see it. It was amazing, I just stared out the window imagining what it would be like at it's busiest moments. Unfortunately I haven't been back, I have been to other amazing places. I have yet to visit Fenway Park. I'm a big Boston Red Sox fan, so yeah thats a place that is definitely on my to do list. It's been such a treat being here, and William has been such an amazing person. I can't brag enough about him, he's funny, Continue Reading

Long Weekend!

May 28, 2010 by Emily Leave a Comment

The weather has changed for the better, not scorching hot, thank goodness for that. But it's going to be a long weekend, so it would be nice to have some cool weather for the Memorial Weekend coming up. It's going to be a busy one for us here, not to mention for a lot of other people. I'm feeling lazy, I think I need to take vitamins or something. I have a good lunch, so I don't know why I am feeling tired :( I just need to focus on things, and once I get rolling, I'll feel better. I can't believe Flash Forward is gone, done with, cancelled *sniff sniff* I liked the show, others I know liked it too. It would be nice to see what happens after the explosion, maybe in a form of a Sunday night movie on Fox, hint hint hehe. William just shared a trailer of a film "The Last Exorcism' it looks really good. So I though I would share the Continue Reading
